Mckala horrible customer service she was sooo rude !!!

Lobby clean and for a Saturday morning as expected it's empty.
However my drink doesn't taste right.
I don't think they added correct amounts of what I asked .
Tea is weak and taste ugly.
Sucks I asked for extra hot and got basically room temp chi latte.
Absolutely never returning to this one.

mobile ordered a strawberry acai refresher no incl., they gave no ice, added inclusions then took them out and left no ice? its a simple ‘read the sticker’ ‘make the drink’ and its still made wrong?

Hands down my favorite Starbucks, anywhere. Every Barista takes time and pride with your order. They are the most genuine and happy employees you can imagine! They do get very busy with the morning school/work rush but always handle it so well!! Thank you Wakers for being my favorite!!

So bad and rude workers don’t make good coffee need to clean ears they are sleeping there!??

Coffee was cold. You could barely get your order across due to the mariachi music blasting throughout the place. Asking to tip for staff that makes at a minimum $20 an hour is ridiculous when you place your order at the counter.

The staff here are awesome!! I've never had a bad experience with a single employee I've met at this location, and I've gone here plenty of times in the past. I have had some specific issues with orders being completed incorrectly, but they are super on top of it and fix the issues with no complaints whatsoever. Baristas really do a service to the public and these specific ones deserve all the respect.

Today's worker at the window was terrible. I understand it's early and it's hard to break a 50. But at least check. He took my 50 looked at it and gave it back saying "it's to early for this" with attitude. Been coming here forever. They know my name and order. This new kid needs to be taught how to talk to people.

Omg!! This place is amazing! Ive been going here awhile! I went in today and a worked named ashes? Or ash, something along the lines, was SO SWEET!!! They were very polite and made me almost cry from how nice they were!! Recommend this place to everyone, such a good environment!! <3
