The food is good and I will give them that. But they are very unaccommodating for groups and have many "policies". We had 8 people, not a huge group. No reservations and despite only having 2 tables occupied it took 30 minutes for them to "get a table together". Once seating it was quite warm as the thermostat was set to 81 on a warm day. Then they waited to say they can only split the check 4 ways. If this would have been mentioned when I called about groups, we could have planned for this. They will not make exceptions. I'm aware prices of everything have gone up and have small business owners in my family so I get the struggles. I would normally not blame them for the prices but they are a bit outrageous on top of an automatic 18% tip. This would not be a concern if they were accommodating. We will be taking our money to support small business elsewhere. I love to support small business but this was ridiculous.

Most of the food was ); the stuffed shells were wayy too garlicky & the ricotta tasted weird. Disgusting texture tbh. The shrimp mac n' cheese wasn't what I had expected, the soup had No broth!!! Was pretty much all meat looked like dog food. I did not feel this was cooked with love & honestly hurt my feelings opening the container. The pork dish so far so good. I will try again someday because I know we have had stellar meals from here compared to this. Sorry!

The Alfredo sauce is like a custard texture & does not taste like an Alfredo sauce. Disappointed.

The food here was great! The marinara sauce was a tad too salty for me but the Alfredo sauce was great. My husband loved his salmon and everything came out within a timely matter. Servers were also great, super attentive and nice.Vegetarian options: The have a zucchini option for the pasta. Also plenty of veggies.
Spinach artichoke dip really recommended it’s the best I ever had around any town hands down really happy with there service as well very Polite n on top of everything.

Me and hubby ate there durning dinner. My hubby had a combo pizza plate, and stuffed mushrooms. I had a meat lasagna with ravioli combo. Everything tasted so fresh. The ravioli had the fresh sauce and homemade raviolis. The meat lasagna melted in my mouth. It has the right ratio of meat, cheese, sauce and noodles. I would highly recommend this to everyone, the food was excellent and the price was reasonable. Will be back again.Kid-friendliness: Saw alot of families in there eating.

8 times I have came here and every single time it's amazing nice atmosphere, great customer service very polite friendly, when you ask for there opinion on choosing a menu option they actually give it instead of saying everything is great. The food is great every time I come I get something different and it's always delicious. Big portions so you'll leave stuffed.

The food and service was excellent! The ambiance was amazing until the lady sat down next to us and decided to watch Chicago fire at a loud volume on her cellphone. No reflection on Strings though, just was an annoying experience. People need to be considerate of others wanting to have a nice relaxing dinner.

This was my first visit here and I enjoyed it very much. I got a combo plate of lasagna pastry, meat ravioli & stuffed mushrooms. I loved the mushrooms & ravioli. I prefer a traditional lasagna, not one encased in bread. There was plenty of food & I had leftovers to delight my taste buds later.
