Me and my colleagues stoped by for lunch , and there was only one employee, she was sweet and took care of all 4 sandwiches đ„Ș. There wasnât to long of a wait time . My food was okay could have been better . Bread wasnât properly toasted and there could have been more it was very thin . Other than that service was okay .

A run of the mill subway shop, it was good for awhile but one day I ordered a teriyaki chicken wrap. Got food poisoning. Highly doubt they wash their produce. It's also kinda pricey for what you get. I got just the wrap, no drink or chips and got charged $14.

BAD & UNPROFESSIONAL service! Will not be going there ever again. I kindly asked for my sandwich to be replaced or a refund after my bread was HARD & found a FLY in my foodi called to talk to Manager no call was returned they couldnât even call me back! until I called back three days later just for them to tell me I had to take it in the same night mind you Iâm from Exeter I had just got off to work and I went straight to the closest subway. Employee cristal hung up on me twice after I called multiple times. Very rude!They need new employees ASAP

Bought a small turkey on wheat with avocado and was charged 17.53 for the meal. Every other one I have ever gone to The have never charged more than 10.00. a small turkey is less than 7.00 according to the menu. I didn't know a drink and chips cost 10.00. I will not go to this subway again.

Ordered two subs from the app for pickup so I did not see how they were until I got home. Both subs were so underfilled to the point that if you took several bites from either side you would only be eating bread. I requested the less olives option in one of the subs and I managed to get a mouthful of olives in one bite and none for the rest of the sub.I wouldn't recommend doing a mobile order from this subway.

I and many others have always felt off when we went into this subway and we found out why!!!!! ? Multiple people have caught the owner taking old left over TRASH sandwiches taking the ingredients off and putting them back on the line!!! Be careful out

Don't order any online orders here. They will not make them correctly. Also, they will make you wait 15+ minutes once your order is actualpy done because they forgot to give you your food.

I am giving one star do to the fact that i had to wait more than an hour ,after my food was supposed to be ready. My uber-eats driver waited and had to go back after they told him it wasn't ready when he showed up on time. When he went back (after calling me) Marcus told him to look for it on the stand where they put the on-line orders and it wasn't there. Marcus told him oh someone probably took it? So again he had to wait in line for them to remake my order. When my food finally arrived, I called to ask what was going on, and if there was a manager who I could speak to. Marcus said they are really busy as it was lunch time he said, I told him yes I know I ordered my food over an hour when the app. said 30 minutes. He said he would reach out to his manager to see what they could do and call me back.....never got a call back..
One of a better subways I've been. The employee Marcus was fast and had very good customer service.
Of all the subways in Visalia this by far is the worst. The âsandwich artistâ was using a plastic spoon to scoop the tuna in our sandwiches instead of the stainless steel scooperâs. We even asked if we could get more tuna on our sandwiches and he said the last time he put more he got in so much trouble. We will never buy sandwiches here again.
