Customer service is horrible Emma or Emily needs retrained I spend about 60$ for my family here about 3 times a month but I'll be going to a different now do better

This location is the best! EMMA was so helpful and positive attitude. Sandwiches were made to perfection 🥰 ❤️❤️🙏🙌 I went in on January 15 , 2025 around 6:30pm ordered 2 footlongs, a pizza roll, and a pretzel. My mom ordered 2 footlongs, a churro, and a cookie. All the sandwiches were made perfect and well put together. Thanks again Emma.

Okay I came here on November 10 around 1:19 I got my 6 inch with 2 cookies and a small drink thinking it would be 7$ plus tax since there was a big poster on the window with that deal, false advertisement it went up to almost 10$. on top of that i asked for eggs and the person said they don’t serve eggs after breakfast but that’s not true i have worked at subway and have gotten a subway with eggs before after the morning and have never been told that. I hate to do this cause like i said i worked at subway before but i was so disappointed with the service i wanted to cancel my order but felt bad because the bread was already toasted and cut. please do better

Asked for extra pickles, and only put exactly 4 on my sandwich, and never toasted my bread when I asked them twice! This place has definitely gone downhill lately , just when you walk in everyone just seems miserable and don’t want there, needs better training for employees and way better attitudes 🙄

Came in in the middle of a lunch rush I ordered a 6 inch Subway club. The new girl Melissa was amazing super friendly looked like she knew what she was doing. Awesome Customer service made a delicious sandwich. As long as Melissa works here. This will be my new store.???

Every time I go after 9 pm I was able to find employee in this store 1 time so far out of 6. And that time employee refuse to serve saying they closed where as online it say 10 pm. Clear loss for the owner. No one comes out even if you call lol

This is 4th time we went to this location at 9.30 pm, so far we were able to find employee only one time . Everytime we call loud anybody in store, no body responds. And online it shows 10 pm closing, but they refuse on face to serve at 9.30 pm, say they r close but open sign is lit up. This shows irresponsibility by the employee, towards customer.

Haven't been to a Subway for YEARS...today dove into the one on Mooney because I was dog-tired and hungry. Can't say enough about this woman...she was doing the work of 4 people. The line mid-afternoon started to get long; but she held a positive and gracious attitude the entire time. This was the first time I've tipped for counter service. Wrote the corporate office praising the employee. Will start coming back again.

Bread was fresh, and once we were acknowledged, service was fast. However, seemed to be a bother to the young lady we first encountered. They had no meatballs, and had to find a different sandwich.
