So I been coming here for a while. So about a month ago I had the gastric Sleeve Surgery so I can’t really eat anything. I been going to different subways including this one and usually I get one or two scoops of tuna since I can’t really eat but tuna is protein the young lady said will we need to charge you for a 6 inch thats policy we’re able to do that even thought I told her I can’t eat she even asked me if I wanted a salad again after me telling her I had weight Surgery am unable to eat anything besides 1 or two scoops of tuna: had to walk out because she was still going to charge me a 6inch. She mentioned she was going to talk to her manager I didn’t know that the customer would still be wrong even after me telling her I got it here before. I guess customers service doesn’t really exist anymore.

Just an Opinion
May 10, 2024. They opened at 7 am. I took Tuna on 6 inch wheat bread and toasted around 7:45 am. To my surprise the bread was not fresh, it was hard to bite, stretchy and hard. 6 inch sandwich cost me over $8:00. Lesson learned, never order sandwich, at this location, when they first open in the morning; obviously they make their bread few hours before they open , if not the night before.Very disappointed.

It's unfortunate that the Customer service is bad. I love the Sandwiches and unfortunately I'll also have to head to a different location. At first I thought maybe it was just a bad day but nope defiantly rude customer service.

Worst Subway ever! You have to open 3 doors to get in. It smells the food and veggies were not fresh. The girls behind the counter ignored customers and acted like it was a chore to take the order. Got a wrap and it was wrapped like a dumpling and soaking wet with watered down ranch. Please avoid it if you can. It really should be shut down.
