Got a meatball sub. Did not order a meatball sub. The lady at the counter had the absolute worst attitude and ignored me for about 5 minutes as she cleaned the meat cutter. Garbage service. Won’t be going here again.

The white short fat tattooed woman had no energy, seemed to not want to be there even tho they were completely empty n she just slid my sandwich into the bag n flicked it onto the counter and said thank you as she's looking away to get help the customer that had just came in. And I got an alert that someone was trying to use my card that I used to pay for my subway sandwich with. This is the only card I have and they have compromized my personal and financial security

Check your online sandwich order before leaving! Ordered two sandwiches for pick up. One sandwich was made correctly, but the second sandwich was missing pickles, banana peppers, and green peppers even though it was on the order and plainly printed on the receipt. The short lady working there does not pay attention to details. Check your order, or you'll be very aggravated later.

Tried place an order with a coupon and the server refused to do the order stating that we couldn’t order menu sandwiches that we would have to build each sandwich separately. Other locations do not complain about this my wife is Mexican and the server was a large white lady with a rude attitude

I love subway but every time I go here I always get greeted by this rude lady every morning. If u hate your job just quit. She does not wait for the bread to toast all the way. She makes it seem like it’s so busy. I was the only one there. After I paid she did not even Scoot my sandwich to me she just walked off I had to reach over just to grab it. When I got home the sandwich was all cold and the cheese did not even melt had to put it in the my oven to warm it up. She was the overweight lady if that helps. Did not get her name just rude as could be .
