This place has the worst service! I’m not wasting my time to put ALL that is wrong with this place but I will not be returning. I’ll be driving the extra mile to a different location to get better service!

Placed an online sandwich order with double meat like I usually do and was charged the additional $4 but they did not add the extra meat. I order from Subway pretty often so this was definitely disappointing to say the least.

After my last horrible experience at the Subway on South Mooney , this Subway was very nice and clean. The customer service was good and friendly. I will definitely be coming here again !

I usually have a wonderful experience at this location but the other night I went at 9pm, they don't close till 930pm and the older lady with the dark hair and glasses was so rude, no welcome to subway, no acknowledgment I was even there, I said hello and not a response. Finally came to the counter and asked what I wanted, all the veggies were already put up a half hour before closing? So I settled for a subpar sandwich...also she kept going into the back room and banging stuff around and comes back out and didn't put on new gloves(plastic hand covers) which crept me out knowing she was just touching dirty stuff in the back and continued to make my sandwich, gross!By the time I drove home and thought about it I ended up giving my sandwich to my dog as I did not trust her cleanliness.Long story short I have to settle and drive to in-n-out burger to get food made fresh. The owner at this subway usually runs a tight ship and food is usually picture perfect and all food laid out like a commercial in the glass cases but I guess this lady was planning on leaving early and I spoiled her plans?I will go back as this is my favorite subway store but if the lady is working when I show up I will just turn around and leave and take my business elsewhere!

Subway is prob the best sandwich there is to me. But one thing about the steak protein is that it has too much fat/tendons which makes me really hard to bite or hardly even possible to bite and I had to either spit it out or just swallow it if it isn’t too big of a piece.
