Ask for your receipt here! The cashier was fraudulently charging for extras on the sandwiches. She did it to me and the person ahead of me. Luckily I asked for my receipt and saw the charge. Her excuse was “I thought I saw extra cheese” How? She didn’t even make it and it was wrapped when she received it. I would chalk it up to a mistake if I didn’t know that she did the same thing to the person ahead of me. She made it seem like a chore to refund me and recharge the correct total so she offered a cookie instead. I just took the cookie because I didn’t trust her not to charge me twice instead of refunding. Disappointing.

asked for light lettuce & got heavy lettuce, asked for extra onion & barely got any, & lastly i didn’t even ask for cucumbers & they were given to me. even after removing the cucumbers i could taste them still on the sandwich. doesn’t follow instructions

Food is good I just don’t appreciate who I got attended by. The lady was in a bad mood and did not talk much (like at all) she stated there being a $2 fee on bacon and pepperoni… After walking to the restroom she charged my daughter $25 when we originally had a coupon of 2 for $17 and when I got back she tells me she couldn’t return it. Money isn’t the issue, simple not having the proper service to tell customers what the coupon is good for is the problem. Especially when I presented the coupon before even ordering unbelievable!

Did not like that the veggie additions (peppers, spinach, tomatoes, etc) were limited to three "on the side" so I had to order the others on the sandwich itself. I like to place them myself to control the amounts.

I was having a terrible day at work and came here after. The staff is incredibly nice, and it was spotless in the lobby. Excellent location, they made my day way better!

The subway at this location has a drive thru with a touch screen we went through drive thru and i started an order for a friend not in the car going off messages. I than started my gfs order who was in the car. Then i started mine. I get to mine and I’ve always got the spicy Italian which recently got it’s named changed to the hotshot Italian. It wasn’t an option. I started to look for a make your own option but there wasn’t one. i’ve never gone through the drive thru but today did because my gf wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t think much of it due to all three sandwiches being on the menu inside. we decided to cancel the order and just go inside we ordered the sandwiches again but the young lady checking us out had some words for us. she asked if we were just in drive thru to which i said yes. she then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and give me attitude about how they already started making the sandwiches when we canceled them and told me i was inconsiderate and simply explained what had happened and she told me that i needed to open my eyes and look harder i told her that my gf and i both checked multiple times even look for a create my own option. nobody was in drive thru nor was any customers inside so it wasn’t like they were busy. We thought about ordering the two through drive thru than mine inside but we were using a coupon for 3 footlongs. My gf and i have both worked in fast food in drive thru people change minds and cancel orders all the time i dont think its a reason to have an employee roll their eyes and give attitude over. If it’s on the menu inside why is it not an option outside? I’ve never had a problem with this location before

Good but made sloppy ?
I’ve visited this place three times and each time they got our order wrong, they sure do like to offer to remake their mistake but I drive 22 minutes to use their drive through. When I call and tell them they asked for the sandwich back to investigate, and even offered to check their cameras to see if it was made right, upon which I asked does the camera show how hard and stale the bread is? It was as hard as a rock, come on guys! Three consecutive times my order was not only wrong it was missing items! Enough is enough. Someone with the district position needs to do their job and visit their establishment and correct these on going issues, because for me this is strike three… how many poor reviews do you need to fix your store? You have my number I look forward to hearing from your district manager let’s see how this pans out… too many mistakes not enough care.

Before work I purchased a subway sandwich. It’s my lunch hour I open it and it’s not as it should be - no cheese on a monster steak sandwich. Barely meat, dry. I call they say return it. I say it’s my lunch hour I can’t .Their policy is return it , mine is I can’t . So I ask you should I not eat lunch and save it return it tomorrow to have it remade. No understanding of competition to avoid a review
