Today I had the menudo it had lots of flavor. The meat was very soft and the sauce was a title spicy but very good.

My whole family has been a Super Taco fan for decades, but unfortunately this location has fallen short many times, and just isn't the same. They have have messed up our order at least the last 3 times we've gone (just 3 burritos with no fixings) and there was a huge chunk of tendon the last time in our burrito. Normally I could look past it, but it was gross. Simple tacos are always a good choice, but that's not what we want every time. They're also don't answer the phone anymore, it just rings and rings. We usually call ahead, but again, they don't pick up.

Very, very good, Mexican food but can get greasy the later you order.
Poor answering service. You call, wait forever to respond or Lin is always busy. If they answer, they put you on hold. You wait again and finally hang up. Call again, the same.
On 10/05/25, I experienced this. Today. # 85,86 and #87 were called. They order was served. #85 had ordered 4 menudos, same as my order, but I was skipped. So was 86 served two bowls of menudos. After # 87 was called, I approached the young lady and kindly expressed my mild fascination. She responded my order was s take out service and in-house customer were normally served first. I gave her my #84 ticket, paid for and all and walked out. You will never see me set foot I SUPER TACO ever. Keep my $13.00 to improve your service. My # is 5598852 if you want to rebuttal.

Every time I have come here food has been excellent and the service is on point only down side are it is a small location so it gets busy fast and seating can be hard and they serve items that are not on the menu so you gotta ask or be a regular to know

Just got charged 3 dollars per taco? Since when did they raise the prices. I wasn’t the only customer complaining. New lady working there too. Felt a little sketchy. We used to love it but yeah never going there again

This place is great unless they mess up your order. If that happens, you’re forced to eat the mistake and pay for it. They’re usually really nice here but again not if they mess your food up. They don’t offer any sort of compensation, especially for someone who’s been coming here for years and more than three times a week. I tried calling when they messed my order up, but the phones were too busy so I came in the next day and they don’t really seem to care. They said they would ask for extra sauce next time because they left it off the order, but I don’t want extra sauce. I just want what I paid for. Two days before I ordered enchiladas and with green sauce, but they made up with red sauce. I let that slide and I ordered them again two days later and they did not put any sauce at all. There really isn’t a good customer service policy here. It is probably the managers and owners instructing the workers not to compensate for messed up orders. I can’t say for sure but that’s the impression that I’m getting. so, if you come here probably 80% of the time they’re gonna get your order right and it’ll taste good, but if they mess it up beware because they’re gonna screw you over. This experience is my sign that I should find another place. If I ever come back it won’t be for a long while. I would just feel so much more comfortable doing business with a restaurant who takes ownership for their mistakes and makes up for them. This is not it.
We order caldo de pascado and it wasn’t good, we will go back I just won’t order caldo again because every else is really good.

Worst service ever placed an online order didn’t even put my name on the order then when I went in to pay for the food they had me waiting 20 minutes for my food which was ready the moment I walked in and paid then to add on top of that my food ended up being cold Also not to mention their outdated phone that they have paid no attention too all around bad won’t be going back
