DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Staff is very rude and lack work ethic, I added modifications to my food that I PAID EXTRA FOR for it not be completed and messy. I am absolutely livid, I understand no one really enjoys working in fast food, but you get paid well for the job you're doing and what you put up with. If that does not satisfy you LEAVE AND DO NOT WORK THERE. As someone who works for what they have I expect to get what i pay for EVEN IF ITS FAST FOOD. Attached below is my chicken burrito that I asked for beans and slow cooked chicken THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR. Even the manager knew his sucked lol. Manager was nice and understanding.

I ordered through the mobile app and it said that it would be ready soon so I went over there and was waiting inside. The app still said that it was being made but eventually over 10 minutes past when it said it would be ready and the app still said it was being made. I was finally able to ask a worker and when I told them my name for the order I could hear some workers whisper that they may have given it to another guest. So I had to wait even longer and I got no apology from them and I didn’t even get the cinnamon twists for the hassle. If you’re going here probably use the drive through and not their app because they clearly don’t use it and don’t help the mobile app customers

When I went into the restroom it was completely disgusting and unsanitary especially for a food establishment.

"This is my fifth time coming to this location, and every single time, it’s a disappointment. I ordered nacho sauce, and they gave me only half of what I paid for. On top of that, the employee had a horrible attitude—completely unprofessional and rude. The customer service here is unacceptable, and I will not be coming back. I’m addressing this issue with corporate because it’s clear this location needs serious improvement. BEWARE: avoid this Taco Bell. The manager needs to take action, either by retraining the staff or replacing them, because they clearly don’t understand the basics of customer service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!"

One star is doing too much, employees are rude, judgemental and inconsiderate. I didn't even eat, just walked out. No professionalism at all, this morning crew were all adults and they were insulting my name and my nationality very loudly. I mean say what you want but that's your job. You should have more respect for your company while on the clock

Dear Taco Bell or Customer Service of Taco Bell

By I recently ordered the new chicken nuggets through your app, but my experience was very disappointing. Not only did I have to wait an additional 15 minutes upon arriving, but the food I received was subpar. The quality of the nuggets was unacceptable, and I’m shocked this would be served.

As a loyal customer, I expect better service and food quality. Please address this issue so that others don’t have the same experience.

I usually order the same thing when I go in. Chicken flat breed. They try there best to put as little filling/meat and cheese as possible. If I'm paying higher prices then put more food.
