the saddest excuse of a quesadilla $6.30 for a tortilla basically I LOVE TACO BELL’s FOOD SO THIS IS HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL. i hope management can get their employees to realize this is just wrong to serve a customer especially a loyal one. SHAME ON YOU

We stopped at this Taco Bell while visiting Visalia. It was late in the evening but the place was super clean. The staff was great, everyone was so nice. The food was really good. We did eat in so the food always looks great when you eat there. I had a large order and had to have them adjust it and it was done completely correct. I really appreciate great service and even more when we are away from home. I would definitely stop in again when visiting and I think you should give them a try too.

Just pulled up to order, three different people jumped on the mic and asked me if i was ready to order in the span on 2 minutes AFTER i said i was still looking. These three workers proceeded to rush me by asking me repeatedly if I was ready after i had said i was still deciding. This was insanely rude and unnecessary as there was no one else in line behind us and we certainly were not lagging on the order. We decided to go to a different location and will gladly drive farther if it means we will be greeted more pleasantly. FIND A NEW JOB IF YOU HATE IT THERE!!!!!

I came to this location as I do per usual and this older lady working the floor (she hid her named tag but it started with an O) had the most disdainful attitude. The entire time, the side eye, and demeanor. If you hate the work you’re in then maybe it’s time for something else. Another customer came in asking for a bag and she rolled her eyes at her.
I brought my concern to a supervisor named Maribel and she was very sincere and apologized for that ladies behavior, thanks to her I’ll be coming back to this location.
Orederd the #3 and got a taco and burrito Supreme. Ordered mild sauce and got nothing. Horrible service. This as through the drive through

Great staff. Awesome store manager Maria. Excellent service. They are constantly cleaning so it never get messy here. As soon as some one finishes eating they are wiping the table and sweeping around the floor. Bathroom was super clean. Food was fresh made to order. Wait time was almost non existent. Will definitely eat here again.
