I was charged twice for the same order here. These employees make $20 an hour only to tell me they don’t know how to process a refund and to “figure it out myself” on the app or through customer service. Disgusting that we’re paying people this much given how poor the customer service within the food industry is. Have spent well over an hour trying to get ahead of of someone to help process my refund. Still have not received it.

They're so nice. Pretty anxious, esp. at first. but I can empathize, if not always sympathize. And I even get a charge for an hour.

Went in to purchase lunch 1pm ask for $7 box as advertised on menu board cashier said no such box meal it's $7.99 not $7 , called Mgr she said no $7 box, I told her why is there on the menu board she told me she has no control of false advertisement, I told her that's a shame that you're ripping customers off, told her I would send complaint to cooperate don't come here on akers ave Visalia Ca, manager very rude.

Somehow I made an order on the app, was charged, and everything looks perfect on my apps order according to the lady at the window- But my order isn’t on their screen so she can’t help me. The lady at the window was completely unhelpful and basically said “Sorry we can’t help you here, figure it out on the app.” You know, that app that clearly works so well. Well the app has a complaint submission page, but I don’t think that’s going to put the money back on my card
 Well see.
