Horrible. Save your money and don’t go there. Employees are all rude have massive attitude. Food is always cold and soggy. They got my order wrong and proceeded to act like it was my fault. When I asked her name she scoffed rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window in my face. Another employee approached the window i asked her to tell me the other girls name she said she didn’t know what it was..they threatened to call police on me because she refused to tell me her name. All employees were not wearing name tags No apology for the wrong order just attitude and rudeness. Absolutely horrible service and food. They are taking this location down the drain it’s a shame because a it’s fairly new. I tried calling the store, but store manager was “not available”..A GM or another district manager needs to go in and straighten that place out.people need to be fired and standards need to be set and met. Completely ridiculous behavior by all employees. Never going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional. Everyone there must be miserable, worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. They wear no name tags, serve cold food, and one of the shift leads threatened to call the cops because of simply asking for her name.

Ordered my food came home sat down to eat and all my food was just drenched in grease I opened the next taco and it was the same! I always get taco bell and it’s always this location on BETTY DRIVE! that’s always giving me horrible food quality disgusting… always rushing me and to worried about they’re drive through time than they’re customer service!

I wish I took a photo. You should have seen the beefy five layer they gave me. No nacho cheese no sour creamer literally two tortillas shredded cheese and meat. Threw it right in the trash. Won’t be back that’s for sure
I'm not a big taco bell guy but we go to this one after work a lot. It's the best taco bell around, they're clean fast and friendly.

Let me start off by saying the most horrible service ever when after work to get food at 9:50pm this oldder lady working there giving attitude for looking at the menus for a min intop of that gave me cold fries tacos where super cold and my nuggets where burnt hard like a rock taco bell needs to hire better people to give better service this lady looked like she was under the influence the way she was acting horrible so disappointed
