Awesome food truck for authentic Mexican food. The tacos, burritos and quesadillas were top notch. Choose your protein and what you want in it. Unfortunately, they just ran out of horchata — my favorite Mexican beverage The nice owner gave me what he had left free of charge. Made my day!!!
On the way back to the in-laws, I asked my wife to find a food truck, as we're visiting from Virginia. Long story short, Tacos el Rulax was just what I needed. They had clean, covered outdoor seating with a small handwashing station (?!) and the food was very tasty. We would absolutely come again in the future.
I’ve tried their burritos and quesadillas, and hands down—they are the best I’ve had anywhere! The flavors are incredible, super fresh, and they honestly make you feel like you’re eating right in the heart of Mexico. Every bite is packed with authentic taste, and you can tell they put real care into their food.
