This place has great food, great prices and a very pleasant staff. The drive thru is easy and the service is prompt. Inside restaurant has good seating and is always clean. We’d really like for the drive thru to have a menu to view while in line.

This is our 3rd time trying this spot, ordered a couple burritos and asada fries. Unfortunately when we got home the asada fries were missing the asada we called and told them there was asada missing from our fries and they fixed the situation. I went back to the restaurant and told them I had an issue with the fries missing the asada and they had already made the fries and fixed the problem with no hassle. The restaurant and drive thru were packed so I understand mistakes happen, glad they were able to fix it with no problems, will be returning!
Food was delicious, loaded with more than I anticipated and great for the price you pay. Salsas were spicy and great in variety with their options beyond red and green, to include a guacamole salsa and a habanero one too. Staff were nice, friendly and happy to share more menu items and options when ordering. Happy to make this a repeat trip and hope they continue to keep up some great service and quality of food!

Giving this place 5 stars because their food is delicious. Ever since my first time I was hooked. I’ve visited probably about 20 times since they’ve opened because it’s worth it. Their rice and beans are absolutely the best I’ve had in Visalia so far. Every other place around town waters down the beans and it’s noticeable. This place has the best flavor and it has been consistent and I hope it stays that way. The chips and salsa are also good, the asada fries are good, burritos, the quesa birria tacos come with consomé and it is the best. I’ve had a couple issues with not receiving something or getting the wrong order. Even though it’s a hassle at the end of the day it only happened a couple times and the people that are working are working hard and are still learning the rhythm and have gotten better since opening. I wasn’t mad because I know better to check my food before leaving any type of fast food place. Even with those small issues it doesn’t bother me because at the end of the day we’re all only human and mistakes happen but at least they will fix it. Another reason why I will keep coming back is because customer service is about keeping the customer happy (within reach) and they absolutely will do that. The other day I had lost my entire meal because of an idiot driver pulled out in front me causing me to slam on my brakes as hard as I could and it caused my whole meal to roll over into the floor board from my passenger seat. I was having a bad day and all I was looking forward to was my meal from here and i almost got into an accident. I was crying and so upset. I went back to the restaurant to show them and kindly asked if they could remake it for me. They could’ve said no, it wasn’t their fault and I planned on paying for another but instead they said yes and gave me a whole new plate. God bless them for that. Like I said I was exhausted and just wanted to be home and enjoy a good meal. I’m writing this now because they do deserve recognition for how kind and understanding they were and I’m really appreciative and that’s why I continue to support. Thank you guys 🫶
Been here multiple times and food is always good but the service is just awful. And every time I go it gets worse and worse. Definitely effects my decision to even eat here anymore.

After eating/ordering from this restaurant several times since it opened, we’ve decided not to support Tacos Villas anymore because the service is unfriendly (at times rude) and we witnessed a customer being given a hard time asking to use the bathroom…?!
Customer service is important. It’s not that hard to just be pleasant, ACKNOWLEDGE your customers within a minute or so- not FIVE- and act like we have a choice where to eat, because we do. Los Arbolitos and San Marcos is where we’ll be happy to give our business.

I went to buy some food for my family to go, since Los Arbolitos restaurant was busy.. I waited 15 more additional minutes for my order . My order was the only one on the counter they charged me never told your order is ready. I waited until someone said what are you waiting for! I said my name and they said is here???? I told them I paid 15 minutes ago and nobody bother to check?? 5 girls lost at the front without asking questions. I got home and my son’s tacos had salsa? I said no salsa. I call manager Liz to get my money back for the tacos and they could not put it back in my credit card. Now I have to go back to get my cash. Not going back again.
