I would leave zero stars if I could. After the service we received today this establishment won't be getting our business any longer, which is unfortunate because we are regulars and we come once a week or every other week at times. From the moment we walked in until the second we left we had nothing but terrible service. I have never seen a server that was so confrontational in my life. We walked in at 1:45 (confirmed by the time stamp of family photo that we took in front of the restaurant. Waited up in the front for a long time with not one employee to be found. The server came to the front and said follow me with an annoyed look on her face without a greet or even a smile for that matter. We asked if we could get a bigger booth and that also annoyed her and once we were sat she took forever to bring us any bread or put our drink order in. There was no other customers in the restaurant so to take that long is ridiculous to begin with. After giving us our drinks she took even longer to come back with bread or even take our order. She walked right to the back and once out bread was gone and we needed refills we kept waiting for her to come back but she went to one of the computers and was there for a while and then Went to go right back to the kitchen . At that point I said excuse me can we please get some refills and get some more bread pleas ? She looked back and gave me a dirty look and said that's what I was doing and rolled her eyes. She brought the bread and said anything else ? With a sarcastic tone and and I said yes the refill please ? She said okay and didn't take my cup and never came back with a refill. We waited and did not see her come back out and there were customers leaving in the front because there was no employees around. We seen customers walk back half way on the kitchen saying hello ??? Can someone come help us?? They waited for a very long time and walked back to the kitchen for a second time to try to find an employee. All u could hear was the employees laughing and talking back in the kitchen messing around while we sat there waiting for service . We did not get our food until 3:30 mind you we got there at 1:45 and were the only table in the restaurant when we put our food order in. The people that came after us that actually stayed to be sat was only a table of two and that was well over 30 minutes of us giving her our order. We were only a party of 4 . When we got our food we asked if something was going on back that that made our food take so long because we have never waited that long even when there was a full house . She gave us worse attitude after that and then went and talked about us to the other workers in the back . The blonde manager that claimed to be the general manager was looking at us and smirking and did not address our table after she sat there on the phone the entire time . I don't know who's attitude was worse hers or the servers . The server constantly had smart remarks to say to us and kept dogging me until I asked her to please stop looking At me like that. she continued to talk about us and run her smart mouth . Finally the "GM" decided to do her job and come to address the situation which she should have done a long time ago the first time she seen the server telling us smart remarks from across the restaurant and she came up the table saying what's the problem? When we tried to explain she had nothing but attitude and nothing but excuses for the server and claimed we didn't come at the time we said we did . When I tried to show her the proof of the time we came in she told us to leave after they both stood there tag teaming us with smart remarks and saying rude things to us. This "GM" needs to be retrained and she needs people skills ,learn how to run a restaurant and how to properly Handle her employees. At the least how to stay off her phone for personal matters so she can tend to the restaurant. We asked for the servers name and she said she's not giving it to us when we said we wanted to make a complaint

My wife and I had dinner at Tahoe Joe's Saturday night. The food was great and the service was even better!!! Alexandra B. did a Fantastic job. She was very attentive, professional, and it was a joy to have her serve us. We will definitely return for the experience!!! Jon and Dana

Perfectly cooked medium rare. Great service it is my birthday and the waiter gave us 2 pies instead of 1 which came with the dinner for two. Please come here everything is great.

Green beans were rubbery,steak had no flavor only a smoke taste and A-1sauce did not taste like A-1. Won't be back. I had a $3.00 coupon and it wouldn't take it.

Having worked in the restaurant industry it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I ordered the whisky peppercorn steak medium. it came well done and terrible flavor. The water they served was horribl. The server was great I don't recommend the food especially for the price.

There were 4 at our table. Our food took about 45 minutes and the burger my brother ordered was bright pink, and the steak my partner ordered was also not cooked. Overpriced for mediocre drinks and poorly made food.

2.5 Truly hit or miss. Over the years we've enjoyed their happy hour pricing all day Sunday on the patio or in the bar area. However, we recently came in for lunch on a weekday. Service in the dining room was incredibly slow to almost non-existent. Not busy or understaffed just not attentive. We'd rather give our business to locally owned restaurants moving forward.

The front of the restaurant was in need of cleaning. There was alot of pigeon droppings in front of the doors going into the restaurant. Needs a good cleaning with a pressure washer. Window could be washed also.

My husband and I always enjoy eating at this restaurant. The service was great tonight. Our waitress, Danika, was very friendly and attentive. The margaritas are made to perfection. If you want something refreshing, try the raspberry and strawberry margarita. My husband loves the Ribeye, which he always orders. However, the Canyon Blackwood Pasta was a little dry and could use more alfredo sauce. Overall, this is one of our go-to places for dinner.

If you take a look at my profile, you'll see I'm not into making bad reviews. However, I came with my family tonight (Monday) and the restaurant was dead empty; maybe 4 other families. I'll keep it nice... the service SUCKED. Jessica, who assumingely was doing everyone's job as she helped us at our normal seat and then again as we moved into the bar for happy hour, also SUCKED. She was at least a fake nice but entirely too slow as she hung around doing nothing half the time. We were not informed that happy hour was only at the bar which is why we moved. Prices were decent but the food was small enough my 4 year old niece could've eaten everything by herself. I've never been to a restaurant that has such large sodas and such small proportions of food. It took over 25 min to even have our order taken and the same was for the few others around us. There's a reason this place is empty. 0/10 recommend. Subway next door would be a hell of a lot better.

Excellent food, amazing wings! One of us got too little dressing, the other got too much. Servers were fantastic, a little less attentive toward the end, but extremely nice and got our food and drinks out quickly. The atmosphere was really amazing, always a classic, calm, detailed environment with a great fireplace.
