This review has been a long time coming, I’ve given this place multiple chances and every time they disappoint. The first couple times they forgot about me and my wife for 45 minutes after we had checked in and had to go up to remind them just for them to tell us that they never had us on the list. Each time I’ve tried to order a medium steak with most of them taking an hour to come out only for them to be extremely well done. My last one came out really rare, when I mentioned it they said they would throw it back on the grill after it had been at my table for 15 minutes. This last time I ordered fully loaded mashed potatoes but was told once all the food came out that they had run out of mashed potatoes so I got more fries, but was still charged for the loaded mashed potatoes. I just took the extra charge because I did not wanna wait 30 minutes for them to fix it. I could deal with them being busy and messing up every now and then but the level of constant incompetence from the serving staff to the cooks is just a whole new low that I’ve never seen.

Busy place!
We were seated promptly although they were busy. I wish I would have remembered our waitress name, she was outstanding! H Her customer service was top notch.
We were first-timers eating at a Texas Roadhouse. Now I get what the hype is about. The bread is delicious! And I'm feeling guilty on the amount of rolls I had.
We started with a combo appetizer, the one pictured. For our main course my son had the 8oz sirloin steak, with seasoned rice and steak fries, my husband had the 8oz sirloin & shrimp with loaded potato and green beans, I had the pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was delicious!
My only complaint was not taking any pictures!

I loved it! My steak was cooked perfectly. My server suggested the bread with honey butter and he was spot on with that recommendation. The atmosphere was engaging with animal heads on the wall. The food left me wanting more. I definitely want to go back to try some different entrees.
From the moment we walked in to the time we left, the customer service was outstanding. The staff’s kindness felt sincere and genuine, never forced or insincere. The food was delicious, with generous portions that left us satisfied. Overall, thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience—I’d be happy to come back again.

We came here last night for our work celebration, and it was a fantastic experience. Yes, it was busy and yes, a few small mistakes happened—but honestly, that was more on our loud table of guys who couldn’t project their voices than anything else!
The food was absolutely delicious, and our server Leeann was incredible. She stayed attentive the entire time, kept the bread coming, made sure drinks were never empty, and quickly corrected our meals when needed. On top of that, she handled all of our jokes with good humor—even when our birthday boy refused to hop on the saddle!
Overall, the energy was fun, the food hit the spot, and Leeann’s service made the night easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
