I placed a mobile order that was supposed to ready at 4:38pm. I arrived at that time and had to wait until 4:56 to receive my order, which was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a while. During this time the employee who first checked on the order said it was still being made, but this does not seem to be true does it?

Placed an online order for my family. Confirmation email said it would be done between 10:20am to 10:25am. One hour later and the food still isn’t ready. They then informed me that they don’t see the order even though I have a confirmation email. I eventually got a text from a stranger who said that door dash gave him/her my order. So a server gave doordash my order. Management at this location didn’t even offer to put my order at the top of the list. All I got was a “it’s busy so who knows how long it will take to remake it.”
