Our grandmother is handicap. We wanted to enjoy a fantastic New Years and it was not the best service. If you have someone that is handicap and needs the elevators, please call ahead to see if they are working. Otherwise, they have no plan to get your person who is handicap down. We had to ask for a room for a restroom, since our grandmother had to go down some stairs. Did they offer a discount, a free room, anything, no. Are they following protocol if a person cannot access their resturant. No. We have been customers in the past, we will seriously think about our next visit.

I would put my experience as an overpaid home meal but worse. I went to this restaurant twice. The first time was good so I decided to go again for a 17 year anniversary and had a bad 👎 experience with the service and food. The waitress took forever to take our order to the point I had tell her we have been ready to order for a while. When we finally got our food it was not good. I really believe going to applebee's would have been better and we would have save money. I will not be going again just by tonight's experience. I went on 11/16/25 not a good day to go 😕

Cocktails are next level! John the bartender is amazing!! He made delicious cocktails and created such a fun and enjoyable atmosphere! He’s super knowledgeable on mixology as well so he can make pretty much anything. Would definitely recommend! I’ll be back for sure!

Came to Elderwood for a celebratory birthday brunch and could not have been happier. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. The menu was thoughtfully designed, offering a nice selection of dishes that made choosing easy. The birthday person got some nice special treatment, which was a very sweet touch. It was the perfect atmosphere to celebrate. Definitely a great find! Next time, I will make reservations for the patio views.
