The Habit Burger Grill (Drive-Thru)

A couple of weeks ago we ordered a family meal, but because I mixed up the pickup time, I showed up over an hour late. The staff double-checked my order and noticed the food had been sitting there too long. Instead of just giving it to me, they offered to remake everything fresh — and they didn’t even charge me again. Such kindness really made my day!

Went yesterday about 3 to get a kids chicken and fries. Waited at drive window for about 10 minutes then was asked to pull up to red zone because of additional wait. Waited about 10 more minutes and finally left. Never got food.

Most of the time, like 90%+ I have a great experience here. The other day we had a manager that was a tad negative. Not the end of the world, everyone has that from time to time. The worst part was the employees seemed to ignore an elderly couple that was trying to get some help. Thats beyond frustrating. It appeared that the employees didn't want to help and the Manager FINALLY stepped in and did so. Overall it turned out but I was getting mad actually that they would treat an elderly couple this way.... as if they werent there.. if yer busy, atleast tell them you will be right with them; acknowledge them!

Always great!

Cool design classic diner style modern. Good fries and sides. Burgers lacked flavor, served super cold - no char flavor, the sauce on the burgers drowns put any taste of it.

I had chicken club my husband had the Charbroiled double Char burger and we split the tempura green beans and a shake. The good was great the staff was friendly and helpful.

Food is good but sometimes the wait in the drive though can be long.

Deep fried green beans! So good! Love this place

Service was exceptional! Far beyond what we all have come to expect from this style of restaurant. The burgers are some of the best I’ve had. We were so glad we stopped in. It was our first time in a Habit.

Friendly staff and delicious food. Unique and fun building, reminiscent of a 50s diner. They did a great job acknowledging Mearle's Drive In as well.
