A couple of weeks ago we ordered a family meal, but because I mixed up the pickup time, I showed up over an hour late. The staff double-checked my order and noticed the food had been sitting there too long. Instead of just giving it to me, they offered to remake everything fresh — and they didn’t even charge me again. Such kindness really made my day!

Most of the time, like 90%+ I have a great experience here. The other day we had a manager that was a tad negative. Not the end of the world, everyone has that from time to time. The worst part was the employees seemed to ignore an elderly couple that was trying to get some help. Thats beyond frustrating. It appeared that the employees didn't want to help and the Manager FINALLY stepped in and did so. Overall it turned out but I was getting mad actually that they would treat...

Service was exceptional! Far beyond what we all have come to expect from this style of restaurant. The burgers are some of the best I’ve had. We were so glad we stopped in. It was our first time in a Habit.
