I ordered an iced vanilla latte with 2 extra shots of espresso and extra ice and I got it and it barely had ice and tasted so watered down for being 4 shots of espresso, wasn’t given a receipt so I don’t know how much it cost but typically when I order this anywhere else it’s about $7. The reason I order it like this is because I don’t want a cup full of liquid I want 4 shots of espresso on extra ice with a splash of milk just to suck it down and get on with my day. Way to really get my day started with some bean water that’s not even cold 🥶

My husband and I had a couple toffee crunch coffees and the flavor wasn't so great..but the service was amazing. The young man gave us info on the coffee bean toping and the straws..He was just great at adding sales and great customer service

Love the drinks several times the atmosphere isn’t very inviting & their customers service is rushed sometimes I want to try something new and just asking about the options the workers seem annoyed . The Bartistas (Zio, Sophia, Alexa, and Natalie) are awesome! Great customer service! Always friendly and fun! They know me and always include my 2 yr old and my pup with a whipped cup and sprinkles!

Misleading business hours. Waited in the drive thru to order along with a few other cars until we realized it was closed. This was at 7PM. Hours are advertised as open until 8PM. Very disappointing

Love the Frappuccino's just didn't realize until the other day that they have a Huge size above the one I usually get... OMG size LoLCan never go home with my drink cup in my hand without bringing the Girls(Kiyah & Miyah) their Pup Cups /w a dog bone... I am afraid of what they would do if I didn't have them with me but had my drink... Yes they know the cup.. LoLOverall friendly employees and quick service... Wish they could use different lids to fit more whip cream but not lose product for it... Just saying...Thank you

First occasion ordered a bright energy drink which came out to 8 dollars for a 30 oz which I wasn't even given a option of size. Drink gave me very little and energy and too expensive. Second occasion ordered 12 oz cold brew, 5 dollar cold brew was watered down . Too expensive for a 12 oz .
