Misleading business hours. Waited in the drive thru to order along with a few other cars until we realized it was closed. This was at 7PM. Hours are advertised as open until 8PM. Very disappointing

Love the Frappuccino's just didn't realize until the other day that they have a Huge size above the one I usually get... OMG size LoLCan never go home with my drink cup in my hand without bringing the Girls(Kiyah & Miyah) their Pup Cups /w a dog bone... I am afraid of what they would do if I didn't have them with me but had my drink... Yes they know the cup.. LoLOverall friendly employees and quick service... Wish they could use different lids to fit more whip cream but not lose product for it... Just saying...Thank youParking: Huge parking lot and only like 2 cars parked in it...Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the sidewalks are wheelchair açcessibile...
First occasion ordered a bright energy drink which came out to 8 dollars for a 30 oz which I wasn't even given a option of size. Drink gave me very little and energy and too expensive. Second occasion ordered 12 oz cold brew, 5 dollar cold brew was watered down . Too expensive for a 12 oz .

Bad service. I quite honestly I don't understand what the hype is all about. We saw all the amazing Yelp reviews so decided to make a quick stop on our way up the mountain... hmmm.. yup! Never again. If you're looking to drink a cup full of sugar this is your spot.

Service was quick and friendly. Young lady who helped me was nice about me being a first time customer and helped me figure out my order. Blended mocha and bagel with cream cheese were delicious.

Once a month I enjoy a good sweet coffee. I usually go elsewhere but I gave this place a shot and man are they good!! I've been drinking coffee more then usual because they are so good. It's strong enough to wake me up but not bitter in the least. Thanks.

This location is not it. It's been two different times that I had to repeat my order 3 times at the window. Then I got one of my drinks wrong. I'll stick to the Caldwell location they know what they're doing.

I recently starting hitting this place up instead of Starbucks and it's 10x more amazing. Love their matcha latte! And their coffee drinks are strong and not water down like SB. Highly recommend to coffee lovers.

I'd love to say I'm a Human Bean fanatic, but I'm starting to lose my excitement about them. My wife introduced me to HB since we were in Colorado and I've been going to the one on Caldwell since their first day opened. Now I live closer to the Ben Maddox Way one and I've got to admit, the service there has been poor. They are slow, they leave you at the drive-thru with no acknowledgement. It would be nice to atleast be greeted and told, "Hello, we'll be right with you." Just a courtesy that Caldwell always had. The girls that work there are nice but that isn't the issue. The drinks are great (when they are correctly made) but quality of service has declined quite a bit.
