My chicken was dry, I came in during a dead hour for lunch and I was hoping my second time around here would be a better experience, but I shot myself in the foot... Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? But I don't know how you goof chicken. It was dry, and it tasted like it came from a frozen bag of strips from Walmart or something. I got a fried bell pepper in my order of vegetables.. that was a surprise, and it was a gross surprise because it was a green one; not a sweet bell pepper. I also had some fried ball of potato with the smallest bit of crab in it, you couldn't taste anything but potato... What was that? I can't with this place anymore.

Yeah, tepanyaki was not great. No flavor.

This is our go-to place when we visit with our family. Worth the hour and a half drive for us! The food is fabulous, the staff is very attentive and friendly. Plus a great wine list.

Out of all the sushi places in Visalia that I have tried this is hands down my favorite place, service is great, staff is always very friendly and polite, the sushi is amazing as well as the appetizers. I love love this place!

Haven’t been here in decades and the quality of everything from the service to the food was impeccable. Nothing to complain about. I loved the ambiance before, but not with the recent remodel it definitely opened up the floor plan. We had been craving having sushi for a long time and today just happened to be that day. Try it out for yourself.

Great experience!

I've lived in Visalia for 18 years and have never ever had a negative experience at this restaurant. Definitely one of, if not, my favorite restaurant. Food is amazing and the tempanyaki is always fun and entertaining; perfect for celebrations with friends and family. Staff are always super kind and attentive and easy to talk to. Super accommodating for different dietary needs as well. Private rooms available towards the back of the restaurant, along with a private booth area with a separate little pond and garden (only fish outside of the restaurant in the pond). Gets really busy and lively on the weekends around dinner time. Atmosphere is amazing and I just love it here.

Some of the best sushi anywhere! They get incredibly fresh seafood every day. Well prepared rolls, sashimi, and special rolls. Great service at the sushi bar or at a table.
