The price range is ridiculous sure it's good pizza but I think you cooked it just as good as pizza at Costco for half the price one small pizza was $12 well just one large pizza at Costco is $10 the $12 pizza that was a small wasn't able to Feed me and I am a 13-year-old kid sure I'm a tall kid averaging around 6 feet but still

Tonys Pizza in Visalia on Walnut was absolutely a horrible experience with th staff. I cannot even judge the food because we never received and had to asl for a refund. Came in and ordered lunch for dine in at 11:40am and by 12:30p still no order. We could not wait any longer and canceled the 40.00 order because thier attitude from the order to the refund sucked. Acted as if we were inconveniencing them to get to soda machine turned on for the self serve soda They aparrently had a large order from a highschool and focused on that while never advising it may take awhile for our order. When I went to the counter the gentlemen who originally took my order starting getting busy on my order and barleys started it. We had to ask for a refund and the lady at the counter just a said "I don't know how to do this I will have to have him do it and walked off I would not recommend this place at all if this is how they approach customer service and would just keep driving by and find somewhere else. I almost never give reviews but this place was so frustrating it warranted one.

So disappointed. We have ordered many times from Tony's in the pizza and wings have been great. Today's order was absolutely terrible. The buffalo wings weren't even tossed in the buffalo sauce. They were burnt to a crisp with no flavor and I'm really bummed out. Guess I got a find a new place for wings.

My husband is obsessed with the Chile verde pizza! Wish there was one closer to where we live. But worth the drive. I told the cashier my kids love ranch and drench their pizza and she gave them a whole container for under $4 that's a deal! My kids loved it! She was awesome.

Horrible staff with no etiquette. Refused to serve us 1 hour prior to closure when they claim they cut off orders 30 minutes prior.

I used to love this placeThe service well it’s been downhill lately. If they mess up an order You better keep the pizza stop eating it don’t let the kids eat don’t let nobody eat from it wait 45 minutes so they can take a picture of it and then wait another 45 minutes for them to replace it with another messed up pizza and then call back on another day because you were frustrated and say it’s too late you should’ve called that night…. It’s sad because I support them on Pop more than the corporate pizza joints and this one now is neither.

Ordered a combo pizza from Tony's to share with some friends and let me tell you my friends are picky eaters. All three of us give a thumbs up . Service was awesome and I delivery was prompt and within time frame promised! Thank you to the staff at Tony's Pizza !
