Amazing milkshakes, smooth and creamy
?I love Top O'the Morn so much. When ever I come to visit from Montana I try to find an excuse to stop by as often as I can. Their drinks are so yummy, I have tried many of them! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly.?I love supporting a Tulare county dairy farm?Also for sensitive tummies - their lactose free milk is amazing, such a treat compared to milk alternatives ☺️
Very good ice cream and milk shake. If you stop by, it's good for drive-thru. No, eat in place, but they have nice seating area putside.outside. Unfortunately the young lady who works there on 6/19/23 at 11.30 wasn't that much friendly and welcoming but overall everything was fine.

Started coming to this place when first opened as Primo Expresso..best family owned coffee shop it was a daily work morning wake up call and worth it all...but had to come to town to Post Office and of course drove up to a Peppermint Macha OMG it was amazing and so was the gal who took my order can't wait to have to go back to town might keep that on the menu
