I've come here several times and I am always interested in their featured items, which the staff are happy to answer all of my questions about. I appreciate how knowledgeable all employees are and how personable everyone is. No matter what question or request I have, they make it happen. I appreciate all the positive energy here and Amber is especially kind every time I visit. My go-to order is the Uc Bahn Mi and I highly recommend it. I'm normally someone who orders a hot sandwich when going out to eat, but I was fortunate enough to try a sample of the Uc Bahn Mi (at a Christmas event where I met Amber) a while ago and I've been a huge fan ever since. The freshness of the vegetables and the quality of the chicken and bread are unbeatable. And speaking of the bread, I'm so glad they have the option to order it alone with a side of hummus! It is such a great snack and the price is unbeatable. Overall, this is a great restaurant and every time I come here I am so impressed. Thank you Amber and the rest of the staff at Visalia Urbane Cafe!
