Every time I visit Urban Cafe, Shelby makes my experience really enjoyable. She's always cheerful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You can tell she cares about her customers and wants to make sure everyone leaves happy. The service is fast and welcoming, and Shelby definitely adds a special touch to the place. Always a pleasure to see her behind the counter!

It was me and my boyfriend’s first time eating here, our server Sherlyn was so nice and answered our questions and ensured we had a great first visit with a free cookie. Food was delicious and after we were done Shellby made sure we had a great experience and offered recommendations for our next visit and she was so sweet, amazing hospitality all around definitely will be coming back!!!
