This mooney location walmart keeps going downhill... it isn't clean, the carts don't work, on a busy Monday they have about 3 registers open, about 7 self check out open and about 7 self check out closed... long lines everywhere... walmart needs to utilize their staff that is there.... alot of staff in aisles doing stuff, not sure what... worst walmart in visalia.

Waited 20+ minutes for someone to help me at the liquor cabinet. Pretty ridiculous for 4pm on a Wednesday to have to wait so long for them to get ONE item.

Went for formula and got assistance fairly quick. Was able to get rung up at electronics and was on my way.
This store has anything you're needing. (Usually) The workers at this location are always very helpful as well.

Walmart is trying to say there's a law already passed in California that says no more in 15 items in a self-checkout they had five open in the Visalia Mooney Boulevard Walmart and three regular cashiers after sending a line at the self-checkout they told us at the last minute we couldn't use it after 20 minutes of standing in line so we went and stood in the cashier lines stood there for 45 minutes until my dad almost passed out from waiting for them for so long and then they make you unload everything out of your basket and then you have to reload it yourself so by the end of the time I had an ambulance waiting out front for my father because he couldn't move hardly because he had to stand in there wait for so long and they told me it is the California law that that is like that you can look up the California law as of today's date Friday April 12th 2024 there is no law that states that they have to do that it says there's a proposal for something of this effect very dissatisfied and I want to tell the whole world to experience along with the news that stating that they plan on charging $89 per year per customer to use a self-checkout

If you need to go to the money center, Be Aware. They have one new employee without anyone helping her. I counted 8 employees who passed her, knew she needed help and didn't do anything about it with the line growing by the minute. By the way, their systems are down for E-money orders so they just tell customers they don't process them instead of getting the system fixed. Edith was the only hero of the day.
