Staff is always helpful and friendly. If you have a question they answer with kindness making you feel welcomed. I always get my raw heavy cream from raw farms so I call first to make sure they have some it goes fast! Definitely recommend Watson's.

Had to make a stop on the way back after going to Sequoia park. Came here specifically because it said it was open and had outdoor area. They were closing and offered old looking stuff in a case and did not allow a certified service dog to be ther. I can't recommend because of that.

Love coming here to pick up some healthy snacks or treats in the deli. Also, there are many health products, natural/organic skin care and natural supplements. It can be pricey but you get what you pay for.

I've just been there once since they've changed the owners. I had a veggie sandwich on sourdough to go. It was real tasty. I would get it again. I was a little disappointed that they don't have a dog on a stick anymore. The clerk said that was something that the old owners used to have. I mentioned that they're still showing them on yelp. While I was waiting I browsed around in the store, part of the business, and was not impressed that none of the products have prices on them. I thought to myself about the old saying that if you need to know the price, you can't afford it!

Like the sign out front says: "Under New Ownership". But it didn't matter to me, because this was my first time here. I read various reviews on it and about their backyard garden, so I wanted to check it out for myself. It has a very clean, pleasing, and organized environment. I'm willing to pay more AND go out of my way for organic food, and what we ordered was very fresh and flavorful. Ahh, so what did we order? I'm glad you asked! ;) -Kale salad (VERY fresh, with sliced red onions, shaved fennel, sliced almonds AND a fennel dressing that was light and delicious) -Cream cheese bagel ($5 worth of FRESH sprouts and avocado, on an 'easy to eat' SOFT, locally baked bagel) "BAY- beh!" -Hot rose matcha tea -Vegetarian chili with homemade cornbread. Yummo. -Deep, dark chocolate brownie. Decadent. The other offered baked goods all looked moist and inviting also! We placed the order, they gave us a number for the outside garden table, and we headed through the market to the outside garden as we waited for them to bring our order out. The market carries all the kinds of items that gives me a cheap thrill just to look at it. Things like various tea combinations, Hippie-Dippy soaps/lotions/scents and organic drinks/grain/spices etc. . . (sigh). They brought out our food where we were sitting outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a peaceful meal, listening to living bird song. My kind of music. Definitely a place I would take my friends and family to.

I truly love this local small shop. The staff is super friendly and they carry tons of high quality organic foods and supplements and are always open to highlighting local products when possible.I grow a large portion of what I consume but this is definitely a favorite location of mine to pickup those select items I can’t easily produce myself.

Smoothie was meh. $14 for a small size.They messed up my friend's order.But I love the whole organic concept.There are no prices on the products on the market side.And the atmosphere of the cafe is so nice... light and airy:)Front outside seating.Outside patio/garden is lovely.

Watsons has always had great food. The new owners have met the challenge! I love Watsons. Their eggless salad is the best.

Didn't try the food but bought some loose leaf tea from their market. Such a cute little mom and pop shop. If you're into super healthy food then this is the place for you! Customer service was good and I really liked that they had a ton of seating inside, some seats up front and some in the back.

My wife has been a loyal customer for the past several years. Today she was treated like a thief by not only the cashier but also the owner. She ordered two items and a bottle of water. During checkout she realized that the cashier had not charged her for the water. She informed the cashier of his mistake and told him that she needs all 3 charges in one bill due to her company expense policy. Instead of reversing the charges he forced he to pay for the water out of pocket. My wife asked the owner to assist and instead of helping correct a mistake that they made, the owner spoke to her rudely and insinuated that she was trying to steal the water. No good deed goes unpunished at this establishment.

They offer items for all kinds of dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, raw milk, etc).The cafe is my favorite place to stop in for lunch. I love their tuna sandwich! I feel grateful for a locally-owned cafe that serves the highest quality ingredients. The garden at the back is a serene and beautiful space to enjoy your meal.
