FOUL OLD CHICKEN. Chicken had obviously been stored without a lid in the fridge. This particular Wendy's should be ashamed of the service and food it's putting out. You can get people SICK.

Went through drive and they were rushing and didn’t listen to the order, one of the workers had yelled to get out of the drive thru as we were trying to correct it, food was good but service definitely could be better

Horrible service!! My husband went inside to order a damn salad the employees seen him made eye contact and not a single person came up to help him they completely ignored him. After waiting for over 10 minutes a guy from the back finally comes up to take his order. They took forever he can see the salad behind the counter and it was just sitting there. Finally someone puts it on the front counter even still the lady tried to tell him to wait. This is unbelievable I have never seen this. the lack of customer service and still get paid more then most ridiculous!

I can honestly say I had a great experience here. The manager was soooo friendly with my kids, she definitely put a big smile on their little faces. She was very helpful and sweet. Food was great. Clean restaurant.

Walked into restaurant was not greeted, "Shelly" took my order in a very rude way, kept walking away from the register, then I used apply pay, and talked to me like I didn't know how to use apple pay! . But when 2 Americans came in she explained the whole menu and even told the customers about the puppy menu they had. Corporate follow up with "Shelly" Because apperently being colored bothers her and this shows how unprofessional, rude, and rasist she is.

On July 26, 2024, at 12:52 pm I called to check up on my application. The lady on the other end said “We don’t check applications at lunchtime” I proceeded to ask another question mid-way through she hung the phone up in my face. I am very disappointed as a customer who strongly wanted to work for Wendy’s company this gave me a different view. I would not want to work for a company that has rude employees.
