Customer service is non-existent. I live close, so I've come here 1 time too many. I love Wendy's, but this one is bad representation. The Wendy's on Plaza Dr. is close to my job and very good. It's fast food, but hire some employees that know customer service. But if you like cold food and lousy service, come on down and get your money's worth. Sorry to the few employees there that are with the biz

Went through drive and they were rushing and didn’t listen to the order, one of the workers had yelled to get out of the drive thru as we were trying to correct it, food was good but service definitely could be better
