Customer service is non-existent. I live close, so I've come here 1 time too many. I love Wendy's, but this one is bad representation. The Wendy's on Plaza Dr. is close to my job and very good. It's fast food, but hire some employees that know customer service. But if you like cold food and lousy service, come on down and get your money's worth. Sorry to the few employees there that are with the biz

Terrible customer service. Very rude employee working the drive through. Food was completely cold and an expensive order of French fries missing. But worst of all app gave a price then switched it at the end. I will never eat Wendy's again.

It took them 30mins to make a chickensandwich and small burge, literally they wasted my lunch break, 😒 however the food was fresh but still employees seem lost and didn't what they were up too
