Me and my kids went out for lunch today order some biggie bags and a few Frosty’s the bread A thick layer of white mold, starting to turn green all the food was cold when I came back through the drive-through and told the manager, they laughed at me and said that’s normal would not exchange my food or give my money back staff Just serve you rotten food I will post an example of what they gave. I hope the manager get this and really takes care of the issue. Get rid of all the moldy bread and whatever else that might be expired.

The host Michel is not a good boss and was taking forever to great guest had mixed up orders and soda machines are disgusting they do not keep the place sanitary and no ranch lol this Wendy's location sucks compared to other ones in town I will not be returning.

I’ve been to this location more times than I can count. The staff is always friendly and in a good mood, which sets it apart from other Wendy’s. The food is decent, but the dining area could definitely use more regular cleaning to improve the overall experience.

Love this place! I order breakfast and lunch! Service is great..Good clean restaurant. Maddy is very nice, hardworking. Always has a big smile on her face. Gets my order correctly. The other team members are also friendly and hardworking. Prices are reasonable. Great deals if your on a budget!

This store has the absolute worst customer service at night. I just went through to pick up a mobile order around 8:45 PM this evening. Once again, they messed up on my order. This time it wasn’t something as simple as forgetting an item or to include something like an ingredient, but I was given a disgusting piece of chicken. There was some plastic crap on top of it, and it had a piece of bone or cartilage and a lot of veins and arteries in it. It made me sick when I started eating it. I had to call a dozen times before someone answered. I asked for a manager and a young lady yelled she was the manager. I am not sure if she actually is because she sounded really ghetto and was rude. Instead of helping me like the daytime manager did with the other problem I had with an order by taking my name down and having me come back for a replacement, she told me that I had to contact corporate because the issue happened with a mobile order. I informed her that the other issue I had was with a mobile order as well, and the manager just took care of it. I asked for her name and then she hung up on me.
I am so disgusted by Wendy’s that I doubt I will ever buy food from a Wendy’s again. I was going there almost everyday lately. I filed a formal complaint to the corporate office with the store number referenced, and I wish I could give them the name of the rude employee, but she hung up on me to avoid giving me that information. After the first mess up order I had, and the good experience I had with replacing it I would have easily recommended this Wendy’s but now I would never do that. They need to hire more quality employees if they want to avoid more complaints like this in the future. Ditch the jerks with the attitudes.
