This Wendy's sucks they say they open at 6:30 but the openers say that they have a late start but I've been coming for a few days in a row now and they all use the same excuse so don't believe them when they say 630. They open at 7:30. False advertisement do better Wendy's.

Food was hot and fresh. Manager gave my wife a sample of a peppermint Frosty. Couldn't have been better. Staff was super nice too. Great job.

So tonight I ordered through Uber Eats and waited over an hour and 3 drivers to be told that my name/order wasn't in their system. Pathetic is being too nice. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this store. They built a new store to hire mediocre workers. Who you know is the norm, huh? Just like sorry McDonald's up the street, the worthless Taco Bell, and the low budget Dell Taco. It's like the same people work at them all. It's crazy how I've had to go clear across town for the same restaurants near me. AND GET BETTER SERVICE on their worse days. Fire your partial help and get better help before you end up empty like the CVS that use to be over there.

Bad customer service. Would give it zero stars, but unable to do so to place review. Waited to order at the drive thru only to receive absolute rudeness. Was left waiting at the drive thru window with 3 employees looking out but not one acknowledged us. Waited 10 minutes with no one to take payment.

First of all no receipt to make official complaint, missing items, stale tortilla wrap, food was not fresh at all. Drive through worker was ghetto af. Worst experience!! I won’t take my kids back.

Come at 1130, stood at the register for a good 5 mins, no one helped me, even with not 1 other customer in Wendy's. Went to the kiosk and had to do it myself. Got my food, ask for my receipt to get reimbursed from my company. The lady said no way to print up receipt. Great!Terrible customer service. Please retrain!

If there was a sero Star ⭐ I would of used it this is one of the worst Wendy's experiences I've ever had they didn't want to take out order at the register they wanted us to use the kiosk the restaurant has a foul odor this was a nice Wendy's but really needs some new management/ employees.

Terrible customer service. Not sure if it’s because it’s on the north side of Visalia but there’s a lot of new communities on the north side of Visalia so Wendy’s should really focus on getting people with good customer service. I would rather drive to the other side of town just so that I don’t have to deal with bad customer service here. If these fast food restaurants are charging the same amount for 1 hamburger or meal as a dine in restaurant I also expect good quality customer service. I actually have received good customer service here but for the most part it’s bad.

I blame management for their complete failure. Absolutely horrible service! (management training problem) always out of everything! (management inventory problem) always have one lane closed. This is perhaps the most POORLY ran fast food restaurant in Visalia, Tulare area.

Just drove down to this Wendy’s on dinuba boulevard and had the worst experience in the drive thru. The person receiving our method of payment was rude. We went here to try the chicken breakfast sandwiches. We ordered two. One with bacon. The other chicken and honey on biscuit. When we got home we open our sandwiches and the biscuit with chicken had no chicken in it. We went back and asked to speak with the manager and instead of apologizing for their mistake she says that we probably took the chicken out and she should be charging us. That is ridiculous. Why would I drive all the way home and drive all the way back to get harassed by a careless staff, management at that.
