Staff was rude when asked about a reward and did not offer any help or solutions..had an attitude when asked simple questions. The pretzel was also very tough and rough seems like they did not put effort into making the pretzels fresh, very disappointed.

First time trying them and was very disappointed. They don’t have prices up to see how much they are, you either ask or find out after they ring you up. I got 3 pepperoni pretzels, 2 cheese sauces and 3 small gourmet blue ice and paid 75. It was expensive and the pretzels tasted bland like they forgot to add salt to the dough and the gourmet blue ice had a taste like mold to it. Never will go there again, will stick with Auntie Anne’s.

Bad management, burned pretzels & bad icee drink with no flavor. I got humiliated and laughed out!! Supposedly burned pretzels is how people love them and I guess I lost my taste. Seriously we need wetZels pretzels out of Visalia mall.

Customer service was awful. I went back to say that they were flavorless and the staff was awful. I did not ask for a refund, but when I asked for salt, she gave me nothing but attitude.

Pretzels were burnt on the bottom and the service was awful .. Sorry but if you're going to deal with customers maybe leave the attitude at home .. My husband and I won't be going back ...
