We ordered $40 worth of food and with delivery from the app and it said the food was supposed to arrive at 9:06 didn’t arrive until 9:32 food was so cold like if it was just pulled out a fridge and the delivery person also forgot our sodas I called for a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything about it -

I used to work here, do not recommend eating here, they paint over the mold on the walls. They aren’t worried about wait times as long as orders are being placed, they know they are well behind and continue to take orders. Its a cool job if you tryna pull some easy huzz tho, no cap.

Let’s start off with I’m a regular customer here that always orders pickup WITH MY DEBIT CARD and It’s usually on my lunch break so I’m dressed very professional in slacks & heels , today is a Saturday morning and I came in in a regular outfit with one visible tattoo on my neck because my hair was braided and For a lack of better words the black lady in the front when I said I was here to pick up she questioned me about the card I used to pay and demanded to see it . like I said ITS MY DEBIT CARD , I DONT EVEN OWN A CREDIT CARD it’s mine no problem I go grab it from my car when I’m walking in she lets a man in front of me pick up without verifying his card and I questioned her about that and supposably now all of a sudden it’s company policy but only to me 😂😂 I know she felt stupid because when I asked her she paused and stuttered uhh it’s a policy and here comes her sidekick that couldn’t get me my order I was standing for a long time waiting but she can come involve herself at this point “all visas need to be verified” if that’s the case why aren’t all cards being verified my card is a visa but a debit visa from chase , very pathetic if you ask me , I’m a licensed professional I have no need to scam maybe scamming is normal to her and she’s used to feel discriminated against but she shouldn’t be treating customers like this at an establishment she don’t even own now im questioning if I should get a new debit card issued bc why did you want to see my cards numbers so bad . maybe that’s what she does on her free time idk but that has nothing to do with me and my card . I’m not stooping down to her level I have way too much to lose and I don’t want to end up working at wing stop right next to her bc I let her get the best of me but I felt very discriminated & offended by the whole situation and I will never spend another dollar here !

Horrible!!! Girls that work there have attitudes that show clearly then the place is never clean. They had no ice for the drinks, the napkin situation is ridiculous hella ghetto roll turn there’s the food… no flavor and they really need to change the oil cuz the fries are disgustingly gross. BWW and Loves are soooo much better hands down!!

We went in to buy one simple large ranch, and Danielle told us that if we filled out the survey on the receipt, we could redeem it for a fry with no purchase right then and there. She lied to our faces, because we could not redeem it right then in there without purchase. The service was very slow despite it being empty for once and the ranch was room temp. This place sucks

We spent a good almost $100 on our family meal. Wings tasted like they had been sitting all day dry as hell, like we ordered wings from a side gas station. We just ended up giving them to our dog.Thier boneless wings were hard. And over cooked, the fries were so soggy, cheese was hard on our fries. The only thing I'd say tasted semi okay was the flavor of the garlic & parmasean, and the tenders were semi okay as well. Worst $100 I've ever spent on an entire meal. Don't recommend the visalia wing stop. We waisted our money & most likely wont get a refund & just know my family & I will never be going there ever again. We had an online order just sat down to eat and live 20 minutes away. So, didn't have the energy to even go back and say something, but I really hope everyone reads all the reviews & comments before you make that stop @ wingstop. So very disappointed. I didn't even want to leave 1 star but you have to in reviews. My husband said the lemon pepper was severely salty and his chicken sandwich was horrible as well. I really hope this restaurant can get their buisness together before they end up getting shut down.

Doesn’t Matter

Bought the All In Bundle,. Cold food after an hour wait and no fries we paid extra for voodoo fries. Basically told to bad when we called or come back. We drove all the way across town to pick up. The manager was worthless, she laughed because I was annoyed. First time here never going back.

Terrible. I came in with my son and we ordered our food at 1:12 we waited for almost an hour and nothing. Went up to the register to see what was the wait at 2:03 they went to go check and they said their printer machine was "down" and that I was next in line. I asked them to just give me a refund. They still had me freaking waiting for my refund.
