I waited an hour. I’m all for being patient but when people walk in after you and get their food before you and my kids are hungry and I’m waiting for an hour that’s not acceptable! Do better !!!

Service is the biggest L here; crappy attitudes by employees and absolutely never a manager on shift to help them. This wing stop is ALWAYS behind, doesn’t matter. Especially when it comes to doordash and uber drivers - respect their time and grind. Yall should have those orders READY. No way I should be waiting 15+ minutes passed the pickup time on a doordash. Seriously always a disappointing experience and they need to revamp their entire store.

This place always takes forever to prepare order. Normal wait times are 30 minutes to 1 hour plus. If you are told 15 minutes, just don't ask for another 45 minutes. Always order like 2 hours ahead of u need it on time.

I freakin love wing-stop dude it’s so good especially the ranch even as someone who doesn’t like it a whole lot, I ordered the hot honey rub tenders and they just hit different and the spice and sweetness salty is just savory, fries are always great even with the sweet aspect, the service knows how to get the job done to, they even had NBA games playing on the TV, chicken wings are my favorite as well as tenders and I didn’t even know Visalia had wingstop thank you for everything.

Just got my Wingstop order and they completely dropped the ball —
❌ No cups given to my dasher for my drinks
❌ No ranch! (The main thing)
❌ No pickles in my sandwich
👤 Horrible management and customer service — they told me to “just call DoorDash” for a resolution.

Super disappointed. If I’m paying full price, I expect the full order. Do better, Wingstop. 👎

I didn’t catch her name, but Neida is the host listed on our receipt. I placed our order and realized 10 minutes later that I had ordered boneless wings instead of classic (I can’t eat boneless due to an allergy). I asked for help and she cancelled the order and placed a new one, all while being so gracious and friendly. I felt incredibly stupid but she was so kind about it. I would highly recommend this location based on the service alone.

Bunch of kids running the place, can never get my order 100% correct whether its no celery, no ranch, no cutlery its always missing SOMETHING like they cant read. Did none of these workers pass the 5th grade??

I was highly disappointed with the wings today. Normally, we have no issues, and we love Wingstop! Today, the wings were so small and overcooked. They didn't put parmesan cheese on my Garlic Parmesan wings...the parm in the picture is my own from home. My daughter's sandwich hardly had any seasoning and they didn't put any pickles.
I hope this isn't the new norm at our Wingstop. Super disgusted and disappointed!

Went in today and the girl told me there were only two of them working and I said that’s ok we can wait. She walked away as I was looking at the menu. When I was ready another girl came up to take my order and she said they weren’t taking any more orders. I told her the other girl said we can order and she responded all rude saying she was the manager and we aren’t taking any more orders. Super unfriendly and rude customer service. Definitely won’t be back!
