This was my first and last time going to this Wingstop on Mooney in Visalia. At 8:03 pm on Sun. April 7, 2024, I went in to place an order and was told it would be an HOUR long to get the food. Had my daughter not been craving it so badly, I would have demanded my money back. I was able to go home and went back over to Wingstop at 8:51 pm and still had to wait an additional 17 minutes for them to call my name. Mind you, when I came back, the store was so full of people.. I counted 13 people just standing there, waiting to order food and to pick up food, which was not ready. Staff was moving slow, and not even paying attention that customers were disgruntled. If they knew we were disgruntled, they didn't care much. One lady was actually saying "sorry for the wait" when food was handed to customers. I was back in my car at 9:20 pm. RIDICULOUS.

I’m a big fan of Wingstop lately it hasn’t been on point. For some reason the last 3 time I’ve ordered I’ve got soggy fries & look like they been left overnight in dirty oil. I got a whole potato the other time as well. I love Wingstop but 20$ for a 10pc combo is a lot & for it to not come out right just don’t sit right wit me.

Food is good but sometimes they get it wrong. The restaurant is sometimes dirty because they are understaffed and lazy people leave their trash around. The wait is always terrible, they say 30 minutes but it ends up taking upwards to an hour or more. Also the fries are always soggy. Also it’s ghetto…lots of ghetto people come here. Also the music is bad they always play the same songs 24/7 when I come here. The staff are kinda lifeless but they’re definitely nice. I don’t blame them because *most* of the customers are stupid and ghetto.

Had a DoorDash order and the workers forgot both ranch. It’s crazy we pay a lot for them to forget the sauces.
If you want to wait an hour for cold soggy uncooked fries then this is the spot for you.

I'm an Uber driver and everytime I go there I have to wait at least 25 minutes. Just today I had an order I go up and they tell me I'm o ticket away then 20 minutes later I asked them again and they said they are working on it now keep in mind I watched 10+ orders go out during this time so I waited another 15 minutes and watched another 10 or more orders go out and still my order that was supposed to be the second ticket 40 minutes ago was still not ready so this place and staff are complete garbage and liars save time and sanity and go somewhere else.

Called to place an order over the phone and they answered fast and ask to put me on hold and it’s been over 30 minutes they even answered and put it back on hold.
