Came today on Saturday around like 9:30-10pm very unfortunate that there was only one worker dealing with all the customers she looked very tired out. She was so sweet and patient with all the customers going back and forth. Also sad that there, was no cookies and cream. It was also very clean today keep it up yogurtland.

The yogurt is obviously good and the toppings were filled the problem was the two younger women with dark hair that worked the register if a child was to drop a little bit of a topping on the counter their face shows the full annoyance they look miserable as if they hate their job it just doesn't seem that they should be working in customer service there's not a welcoming from the staff it is not even that I experienced a rudeness it is simply the staffs demeanor this is a reoccurrence with their attitude I thought from before maybe they were having a bad day but this isn't all the time thing

Some of the yogurts weren't fully frozen (runny and melted easy). Often times the trays were full of yogurt and not clean. Staff are often on their phones and pay little attention to the customers.

I absolutely love yogurtland. Amazing flavors and toppings and quick and easy. A lot of the times flavors will be out or not working, though. And the prices are a bit high. Overall good quality yogurt and yummy!

came in at 8 when they close at 11. they had two flavors and said they were out of the rest and wouldn’t be restocking any other flavor. three guys were working and just laughing in the back.

I went this past Wednesday to the Yogurtland at the Visalia mall and at first I was extremely disappointed when the manager mentioned that they only had two favors of fro-yo that included the orange citrus and the rainbow pop, as we proceeded to walk out to the mall exit, the manager kindly stated that they closed, at that point I asked the two ladies up front if they have any sample containers so that we can try the two flavors they had, and she gladly gave us some mini cups and mentioned that if we liked any of the two remaining flavors they would be on the house, she apologized for the awful inconvenience and continued to apologize and hopefully this freebie may change our minds about this location, to my amazement when I tried the flavors, they were great, and the manager and the lady behind the counter were so nice, saying that they were so short on all the flavors due to the fair pop up event in the Visalia parking lot, I asked for their names and let them know I’d be giving them an awesome review because their customer service skills were amazing and managed to turn a bad experience into an amazing one, I will be coming back for more just because these two amazing ladies work here. Thank you JAZMIN and MONIQUE for being so amazing!

I went to this location on the 3/18 and it was clean no complaint there but I was told they couldn’t take cash anymore ? what business doesn’t take cash? it was about 10:15 and there was no spoons to grab the candies with, the young lady at the counter handed me a single spoon to get my toppings, talk about cross contamination with all the allergens. I’m not sure if it’s a location thing but they don’t take cash anymore just card!

Yogurt is great, fruit is fresh. Went there wed night nov 27th and the cashier was nice to the people in front of me but she had a nasty attitude with me and my family it was really weird. People don’t feel welcome with prejudice nastiness.
