Before I comment on the food, I will comment on the young man at the counter who took my order. He was very nice and attentive. Usually at a store like this, that person has spoken with so many people that day, that you are just one more person, one more order for food. But he listened very well to my questions and answered them very concisely and completely. After a long day, that is always nice. The 'ambiance' is what you would expect from a take-out place. There is indoor seating, but most people are just sitting & waiting for their order. This is not a buffet-style eatery where you point to what you want. This is more of a sit-down style kitchen, but there is little sit-down area. Your food is made to order, meaning that it is hot when you get it and still hot when you get home. One thing to mention, ask about the spiciness of the plate. I do not like spicy like I used to. My dish was spicy so I had to eat it slowly and pick out the red peppers. It was delicious. The place is not easily seen as you drive by, so most of their customers are repeat customers. That is a good sign. If you are looking for something different from P-express, this is your place.
