Again ZERO stars September 3, 2024 Racially Profiled by multiple people. Customer service female cashier, stated, "So you want your bags for free!", because I asked how to check out forty bags. She also put my tickets on the counter, instead of in my hand. She also did not say thank you. She also did not say thank you to the customer behind me. But produce manager was very polite! /ZERO STARS!!! Monday July 22, 2024, I was profiled and followed my entire shopping experience, by multiple AP (Asset Protection), and multiple times by some employees, including a black employee. It was disheartening, and enraging! I will never give this entire company any of my money!!! My cashier's customer service was excellent!

Awesome staff but that doesn't make up for the high prices and long wait times. It's also pretty annoying that they hide the bags for self-checkout. Are you guys scared of a $0.10 theft lmao? Things will only gonna get worse when the Kroger merger goes through, less competition means even higher prices. Can't wait.

As I was getting my groceries on the checkout conveyor belt, the person at the register looked at my shirt and made the best pun. I don't remember the name, but the pun was so amazing.

Don't ever dispute a charge with their online chat team. Wasted 20 minutes and she finally said go the store. They must use foreign chat rooms because her reading comprehension was awful. She should have said right from the start goto the store. I'll never get those 20 minutes back ?
