Great food, great ice cream, but boy is the customer service at an all time low. Been coming here for years but the lady that was at register needs to work on her customer service and learn to not yell at customers for mistakes she makes. Didn't get a chance to get her name but will not be coming back until she fixes her attitude. Other workers there have always been super nice but she has made this recent experience horrible.

Everything is very delicious. I see that I'm going home and I order Tres Marías, it's very delicious and we also ordered the Chocolate Shake for those who like chocolate, that one is delicious. Every time I go I don't know what to order. PS everything looks delicious.

Their tostilocos are a big FAIL! The cucumber and jicama were cut into HUGE pieces. Cucumber was bitter and jicama was so dry. The container was small and Al the chips were on the bottom. Not practical at all. I used to enjoy coming here, most likely will not be coming here to get tostilocos.

The Ice cream is good but I can only give this place 3 stars because the bathroom is always out of service. Like we know its not really out of order they've had the sign up for 2 years now. They sell dairy products which may cause someone to have to use the bathroom immediately it's wrong of them to lie and say that there bathroom is out of service just because they don't want to clean them.

Worst raspados ever, these people want to charge extra for everything, and their food quality is not that good, not going back there again, tamarind raspado had a burned taste it provoked me nausea

Did you know you have to specify what type of mango you want? Me and my family came here for years. Never have we gotten mango that's not ready. We asked nicely to get a different fruit since clearly this mango is not even ready to eat. And they said we need to ask for "Ready to eat mango" why are you serving mango that's not even ready.
Sadly, customer service wasn’t friendly. I was ignored by cashier. I usually dont like to give these reviews. I hope they improve that area to gain more clients.

I come for the bombamoy! It’s soooo yummy. I like mine with only mango ice cream. Normally they add lime, too. I just went in last week to order 11 bombamoys. They were all prepared with care and came out perfect!The only issue I’ve had is that I’ve been charged different prices each time I’ve gone in.
