Hello, I’m really upset with the lack of concern, care and hygiene with workers at this location. I had a shake that needed to be remade because it was absolutely watery. The worker put my shake back in the blender after I tasted it. I told her that is not sanitary and you do not know whether someone took a sip. With the increase in food illnesses, reusing someone’s drink should be absolutely unacceptable. The manager needs to educate workers on good hygiene and remaking the drinks fresh and not recycling drinks. Unsanitary actions like this can contribute to making others sick. Please do better Baskin Robbins I am a lifelong customer. This is from a trip on November 30, 2024. Hope sanitation improves at Baskin Robbins.

Very inexperienced staff. If you’re there for a scoop or whatever of ice cream, you’ll be fine. We got a malt. Far too much milk and not enough ice cream and very little chocolate syrup. Staff can scoop. Not sure they can do more than that. Better to head to the one on Nordahl or in Oceanside.

2 separate occasions of poor service: under-scooping on the first occasion (last year) and incorrect order via doordash.
Management is very reluctant to correct mistakes and to make the customer happy.
I will not return to this store.
Andrew, with the gang tattos, who works here, has an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. I have had many very disturbing and uncomfortable experiences with him at this location. Andrew gets visibly angry when customers come into the store, almost as if he doesn't want to do his job. I asked him if they had any more of a certain flavor of ice cream that looked empty, and he's response was an angry look and said, " I ALREADY TOLD YOU THERE'S NO MORE!" With an angry look on his face, he stared me down. I informed Andrew that I was never told that before. And he just keeps staring aggressively at me like he wants to fight me or something. Then he started coughing in his hands behind the ice cream and didn't wash his hand. This behavior is warranted for discipline and / or termination. I will also be reaching out to the corporate with a more detailed email.

Whoever trains your employees really needs to get on them about customer service. I’m a doordash driver, I came in to pick up and order, employee was by himself and busy so understandably, I waited a bit. I got another order, went to pick it up real quick while I have the employee some time to get the order done. I came back, the order is still not done, the employee looks me square in the eye and then walks away to the back of the building, comes back and continues to ignore me. Absolutely ridiculous. Buddy needs to go work somewhere else if he can’t handle it.
Edit: I came into this store again. Different employee, bad same equally horrible attitude…. The tone of voice, the rolling her eyes, throwing the order onto the counter… what is wrong with your employees? If they don’t want to work, they should quit or be fired. You have these people working with children?? That’s just embarassing. These employees need help desperately.

We got our service by a young lady named Amir. and was rude, wasn’t polite and was giving us looks. The portion of the ice cream was very small compared to other workers we already know. We will continue buying from here. But WILL not take service from amir.

Ordered a custom ladybug cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday, but the order ticket got attached to a different order and didn't get made. The other order was made, but not ours. I was given the option of refund, in 7-10 business days, a different type of cake from their pre-made selection; or they could make it but it wouldn't be ready for a few hours. Either way, my daughter was screwed out of her birthday cake. Welcome to $20/hr!

Twice Door Dash ordered 2 items and received 1. Door Dash refused to deliver what was ordered and the replacement cost was 50% more. Last time I order from these thieves.

Honestly the worst I get there order from the worker the lady behind come in asks for a cake she ordered the worker gives it to her completely forgets about my order goes to the back I’m waiting 10 min the another customer comes in she comes out n takes her order absolutely ridiculous I’ll never spend a dollar on them again
How are the last few months? Every time we get a quart of the pre-packed ice cream? It is so soft we have to take it home and let it firm up before we can even eat it. Freezers aren’t working correctly and when brought to their attention, no one seems to want to correct the problem at this location no.
