We were able to book them for an at home party. Highly professional, set up quickly and the crowd loved the food. Everyone was wonderful. Hire them for your catering needs! Food is incredible! 5 stars!!

I have been to better places. I tried this place just to see what the hype was about but I can tell you. Your better off traveling to other places. When I am unable to go to SD at Ferchaladas Birria y Mariscos. I go to Paleteria Pelachos & Mexican Food. I rather go to Escondido to get my Birria. That being said I was trying to suprise my wife since she is always working, going to school, cooking for us and being the best so I went to go buy a cup a birria. All they gave me was the caldo. I had to go back but before I did,I called to let them know. I just wanted my money. A employee called me just to see if I was going. I informed him I was by the light that being said he is luck I lived 10 min away. Imagine if it was futher would they really wait for me to pick up the new cup. Anyways I go back to get the new cup. I literally was better off driving 25 min away to get my birria and getting my money back. Surprising my wife was a fail because she ended up cooking dinner which is what I didn't want her to do. Not going there ever.. For the employees please check what you send out and make sure you get the order right. Take care.

STOP DO NOT PASS GO!This place is a must try! A homemade sourdough bread grilled to a perfect crisp, piled high with perfectly cooked and seasoned birriria along with farm fresh onions and fresh picked crisp cilantro. All this held together with an oozy melted mild cheddar and swiss cheese.Sen-freaking-sationally delicious!Easy parking, fast service, friendly staff and great music.

These were the best birria tacos I have had in California. Quality and flavor is comparable to birria I have had in Guadalajara, MX. These were incredible. My only regret is that I didn't order more (to go). Sizes are comparable to street tacos. I wish I ordered 6. Thank you for the amazing food. I look forward to coming back!

Hands down the best birria I've ever had. The birria tacos are awesome, the quesabirria is incredible, and the consomme is straight crack. They get really creative and do stuff like birria ramen or egg rolls which are also super good. Highly recommended!

Wow! I first had this place when they were out of a food truck outside Bear Roots when I was playing a show there. The flavor BLEW me away. I have been travelling for the last two years and have consistently told my girlfriend how badly I wanted to experience it again.My God, I was pumped to hear they had opened up at a brick and mortar, part of a Panderia (?).Let me just say the flavor of their birria and consomé are the absolute best I've ever had. You know when people are like "this is the best ever" and it's generic like white people food like taco Bell and you realize the average person's pallete is satisfied by mediocre food, this ISNT THE CASE AT ALL here.The flavors are incredible. I can't pinpoint it, but it is incredible. The team working were the sweetest ever. We ordered two rounds of the quesabirria and street tacos .

Ok I had a birria torta from this place about a week ago and I have been reminiscing about it ever since. Girl I have never had birria this good. Im usually a slow eater but I ate this so fast… can’t describe how delicious it was PLS support this place
