Guys I came to study and my computer died I was trying to find an outlet to charge it turns out they only had one and it was occupied. It honestly sucks especially when you’re in the mode. Black rock add some outlets cmonnnnnnnn

The food and drinks are amazing but reason i gave a 3 star, should’ve been lower but it’s because they have a bee issue currently, lots of bees flying at drive thru window, a bee got into my drink and my order was wrong but it was remade, im not angry or anything but it was just the bees!!! Anyway good food and drinks!!

This place is hands down the best coffee spot in North County! I’ve tried all their coffees and other drinks, all have been great. I’m so sick of Starbucks, you know? They also have some really great energy drinks. Black Rock is always consistent with their drinks, which is a rare thing to find. My puppy goes absolutely feral for the pup cups with a little dog treat inside, so I’d say he enjoys our trips to Black Rock. The staff is super friendly too, which makes the whole experience even better.

Today I went to get my Frappuccino and the attendant was laughing and talking to another employee and I was at the window waiting... 4 minutes passed so I knocked on the window to get noticed, the attendant all tattooed with an earring in her nose told me if I knocked again Once in a window I would cancel my order, without being too rude to me! It is unacceptable for a person who works with the public to act like this.

Love this place but the new team cares not for their walk up window. I watched 15 cars be served while 3 people patiently waited to get their order taken. They had to be asked to actually pay attention to us. Would rate them higher but this took the cake they seemed annoyed that they were being called out for this.

The smallest cup they have is 12 oz. Not the right size for a cappuccino. Basically a Starbucks

We ordered on the mobile app and went to go pick it up 20 mins later (it said it was gonna be ready in 7 mins). We got there and went to pick up at the window, and the woman said that they are prioritizing drive thru. There were probably about 10 cars that got there drinks before we got our drinks (it was only 3 drinks btw). We waited for 45 mins, and then when we got the drinks, one of them was made wrong. Just don’t bother ordering ahead, as it is obviously ironically longer than going through the drive-thru. Don’t mind waiting, but awful customer service didn’t help, as they didn’t seem to care that we’d be waiting for so long.

Definitely a favorite place of mine! The team is always so positive and friendly! The best way to start your day is with a cup of coffee/iced latte! They have been doing a stellar job keeping the bees away but they have been coming back randomly so be aware.

I go there every once and a while and it's decent coffee and the staff is usually friendly. But yesterday they had the rudest cashier with a major attitude for no reason. Girl with green hair.

Asked for straws - "I'm getting them"
Asked for napkins so we could wipe off the wet cups - "It's just water" and didn't give any napkins...

I could have said something but it wasn't worth the hassle and there was a long line behind us.

But if you are going to have someone be the one interacting with customers, maybe pick a person who can manage holding back their attitude.
