I love this coffee shop! Atmosphere is on point. Super clean, staff is always so helpful and patient when I order. They always give me suggestions on what to try. Prices are affordable and I always leave with a smile. Totally recommend Black Rock Coffee Bar. Way better than Starbucks!

Great seating area and drinks, but they’ve been short-staffed each time we’ve visited, with one person doing both the drive-thru and counter, which leads to long waits to get drinks. Not a big deal to us, but I’ve seen other people waiting at the counter calling out “Is anyone here?” after waiting a while and not seeing anyone. Could probably use an extra person so it’s not all on one person

This place is SOOOOOOO SLOW OMG!!! They need to hire better workers. How hard is it to empty a can and add syrup and ice?! It’s horrible here! My order never came out.They need MORE workers and ones that actually have work ethic. Dont come here

Black Rock’s coffee drinks are consistently smooth, with no bitter aftertaste. I especially love their chocolate shake—perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. Compared to Starbucks, where the drink quality often varies, Black Rock delivers the same great flavor every time. Even when I order my usual at Starbucks, the taste is never quite the same.

Went through the drive through today and a few minutes in to the coffee, I realized it was lumpy and curdled. Went back and went into the shop to return it, and the girl tried to tell me it was because it was not hot enough and that was why it curdled. She was the only one working the whole shop at the time, and was under qualified to speak to the issues. I was not thrilled.

Black Rock Coffee Bar feels like someone copied Starbucks’ homework but changed a few words to avoid getting caught. My drink tasted like it had big dreams but no follow-through. The vibe says “edgy local shop,” but the playlist screams “mall food court.” If mediocrity had a drive-thru, this would be it.
