This is the type of place to charge you for sauce, tell you it's in the bag then make you feel like an absolute idiot for not checking before you leave because best believe the sauce is not in the bag. 10 dollars for a single sandwich and they still charge you for sauce. I’ve never had a bad experience here until the employee named Rosa gave us the worst customer service & made us regret coming here at all, she should be Re-trained or at least learn to have manners and not let her life problems affect work & let it out on customers… your problems should be left at the door as soon as you step on your work place. Never coming here again & will definitely contact Corporate.

Very bad customer service. Girl looked like she was mad or something. No welcome and no repeated order, didn’t offer any special choice and my drink taste spoiled. Only 1 sauce for a chicken fry order and no receipt given while change given back.

I was very surprised at the positive reviews. Our experience was...not great. First, the miscommunication issues. The person taking the order could not understand me, and with all the noise inside, I could not understand him. I went to the window to give my order- very simple order, no special requests, he still managed to get it wrong. We received the incorrect food. The food we did receive was cold. I had to get out of my car and go into the store for the correct food and was treated like a nuisance. Very poor customer service. Usually I'd forgive an error in the food, but there was no line ahead of me or behind me. For an $18 fast food combo, I at least expect to get what I paid for.

The experience here was OUTSTANDING!!! The line moved fairly quickly and my order was correct down to the amount of ketchup packets. The team that was on shift on 11/04/23 at 2030 were all very professional. They had everything down to a science.
We were the only ones in the restaurant eating, it was about 7:00 Friday night, took a bit for someone to take our order, and when we got our food my sandwich was cold (Whopper) my fries were ok until I went up to ask for a new fresh (Hot) sandwich got back to my table my fries were cold and cold fries are NOT good ?

They close their drive thru early and hide. I went to the drive thru at 11:00 pm (they close at 12:00 am) and was ignored. The employees were parked in the front and they hid in the back. We went to go get chicken instead. Never coming here again.
