I agree with everyone else food is fine and what you expect. The Ai ordering process is horrible, and you are recorded. I know they are cutting staff due to higher minimum wage but there has to be a better way.

They have this new AI service that just SUCKS. I kept asking what a certain burger had to what the AI kept saying that it added it to my order. You would think since the employees have headsets and listen in they would intervene and answer my question but nope. I got frustrated and just went with the burger I usually get. Hopefully that issue gets resolved.

Staff is rude they messed up my order and when I brought it back they took the food and didn’t even apologize. The two girls looked at each other and smirked. Fries were old and soggy burger had onions which I asked not to have. It was a human that took my order so can’t blame it on AI when she brought my corrected order she just looked at me and said nothing I couldn’t eat it cuz I was worried they spit in it or something

Always really good flame broiled ? ? ? burgers. They always have some weird crazy burger for sale. But I'm a creature of habit and I always stick with the good stuff. The Western bacon and the star with extra pickles.

I just needed a quick bite to eat, and I had to wrestle with an Automated Order Taking (AOT) service, and I lost. I ended up giving them their fastest drive-through time of the day as I ended up just driving around, parking, and going inside to talk to a real person. The dining area was very clean, and the customer service was great. I was a bit disappointed that the regular spicey chicken sandwich comes with shredded lettuce but I guess when you raise your prices 2 X, and hire AI to take drive through orders, you gotta find other ways to make ?. The food was fast and hot, and it did the job, just about $7 more than I wanted to spend. To be honest, I could have gotten a great meal somewhere else for the price.
