When I’ve come to this restaurant before, there was always something off about it. Last night was not the case. The vibe was relaxing and welcoming. The place as extremely clean and well stocked and Shift Leader Kimberly was more than helpful with correcting our order, she handled the customers with ease showing great customer service. I honestly don’t know why she isn’t a manager yet. She has turned that store completely around.

The store was immaculate!! I couldn't believe how clean the restaurant area was! And the customer service from Kimberly (shift leader) , Joanna, and literally all the staff members were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend eating here!

This is the only Carl's Jr we go to! We always modify our orders to the fullest almost to the point where it can irritate the workers 😬 but even to the end, one of their employees, Elijah, always hooks us up with the best customer service we can get. His attitude is upbeat and he's always ready to help. Anyone who leaves a bad review is crazy! He needs a raise! We appreciate yall!

I first off want to thank the employee who helped us that night. The place was obviously struggling and she did everything she could to make it right. I can’t remember her name but she was a younger Hispanic girl and was very nice!

Note to Carls Jr - STOP IT WITH THE AI CRAP. That was such a joke, after fighting with the stupid AI system in the drive-through for 10 minutes, the employee finally got on and started the whole order over because AI doesn’t know anything and kept messing everything up. It was extremely frustrating after an already long day traveling, like I said, the employee was great, but had a hard time hearing us, and the order was not fulfilled correctly, so I had to go inside and get some things fixed. The employee I mentioned above did great at rushing the chicken fingers we did not get and added extra to compensate us, which meant a lot to me. I wish I could remember her name, because she is the only reason I’m not leaving a one star.

I usually enjoy Carl’s Jr, but tonight I had a disappointing experience with one of your employees. About 30 minutes before closing, I ordered a shake with both strawberry and chocolate syrup. It’s a simple request, but the staff member flat-out refused to make it — not because it wasn’t possible, but because he didn’t want to do it. To prove my point, I even placed two separate orders — one strawberry shake and one chocolate shake — and then drove off. Clearly, if they can make both separately, they can combine them.

I ended up having to drive to another Carl’s Jr to finally get the same order made correctly without issue. Refusing a paying customer over something so simple is unacceptable and reflects poorly on this location. I hope management takes this seriously and reconsiders how this employee represents the Carl’s Jr brand, because this is not the level of service loyal customers deserve.

I asked the dif btw a big cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger. They said the patty is bigger on the big one that why it’s a dollar more. I ordered it to go: one plain big cheeseburger. One I got was this. I thought it was IMPLIED that a big cheeseburger CAME WITH CHEESE. I was in a hurry and couldn’t turn around. Wasted 6 dollars.

Ice been wanting to try this location on Hacienda. Turns out to be a waste of time. The food was undercooked didn't get the side of queso that was $2.49 to go with the stale fries paid and arm and a leg for 2 not well put together burgers one being western bacon cheeseburger was about to ask for some extra BBQ sauce and got the window slammed on me before I could barely grab the bag. The name on the receipt is Johanna if that was actually her name she was super rude too me I couldn't believe it. Also, there were no other customers either in the restaurant or drive through and a couple of hours before closing. I really didn't deserve that treatment don't bother stopping at this Carl's Jr. in Hacienda in Vista.

I got a good recommendation for this place word-of-mouth and I see why it has such great reviews. Jonathan in the drive-through gave me some really great customer service without a hassle. Everything was explained in a detailed order. I wasn’t ripped off and it was done in an orderly fashion, and on top of that with a smile. Five stars.

I'm not coming back here or any carls jr if this is a common practice. I have a medical condition that keeps me from holding urine in my bladder. If I feel like I need to pee I have about 3 minutes to get to the nearest bathroom before I have an accident. I just spent 40$ at this Carls Jr so I was a paying customer. I had the sudden urge to use the restroom 30 minutes before the dining room closes. The employees in there refused to give me the bathroom code saying the bathroom was already close. I explained my medical condition and it being a medical necessity. They still refused me the use of their bathroom. Who closes a bathroom a half an hour before they close the dining room area. Noted they are open for drive thru till midnight. They could've easily cleaned the bathroom again with the 2 1/2 hours they were still open. If this is common practice I will never spend another cent at Carls Jr. Definitely NOT ADA FRIENDLY

We pulled off for a late lunch and was very happy with our experience. The whole staff was polite, helpful, with great customer service. They walked our food over to us. The food was delicious, bacon was crispy, and everything came out good! The bathrooms were very clean. Bonus points baby had a good time lol

Go every Wednesday evening . Great service. Typical Carl’s Jr food which means it’s good as any other Carl’s Jr. the difference is the service.
