Their app offered $5 Diablo Burgers, which can be customized in the app. They took off jalapeño poppers and jalapeños when my wife only asked for jalapeños to be taken off. So, check that they understand customiztions like if there are multiple similar separate items involved.
There was no one online but me. No one in the restaurant either. I always get the Cali Classic. This one had almost no lettuce...a piece the size of my pinky finger nail. The tomatoes was paper thin and almost no sauce... the this was fresh. Carl's Jr is charging more for the food ( up a dollar over last couple of yrs ) looked like who ever made it...pushed it with his weight. I will not be giving them my families business anymore.

Very disappointed!! Haven’t had food from Carlsjr in a while and my daughters and I decided to go. Star nuggets were stale, almost like they had been in the fryer rack for days. Lemonade was small and tasted like chemicals, at that point I was scared to even eat my burger. The burger did not look appetizing. I’m literally tempted to go back because it’s sad that they thought it was okay to sell me that food. Not cool Cars Jr!! I should have known better the moment a machine answered the drive thru.
