I work at DoorDash delivery, today I had an order from this "cafe", they smiled at me and told me to wait 4-5 minutes, in the end I waited 32 minutes, it was like they didn't see me and at the end when I asked why you lied that it would be ready in 5 minutes, but I waited 32 minutes, you could have just said honestly, but no, they rudely yelled at me and said you can just cancel it, cancel it when I had already waited 25 minutes) it's so easy for them to say "cancel", but in reality it doesn't work, it's a full time job, there are ratings that are very hard to keep, I feed my family from this job and I work perfectly, and when we started fighting with them, they laughed at my English, that it was bad, but I've only been in America for one year, I left because of the war in Ukraine, and I'm learning the language, there's nothing wrong with that, but they don't care.In the end, if you could put -10 I would put it, they only smile at the beginning, but do not consider you as a person if you work in the delivery, treat you like garbage.

One of the only Chinese restaurants where you can get Mu Shi and their's is very good. Family members have been happy with the quality and flavor of other dishes they have ordered.

I came here for the orange chicken and it did not disappoint in flavor. Entree dinners come with a small side of rice, definitely large enough to share!! I went with my Chinese friend and she appreciated the attention to detail in the way they've decorated the dining room, with Chinese artifacts and darker lighting. The service was friendly and attentive. The hot tea was delicious!!!

worst food ever rice hard and crunch. we ordered 3 ingredients very pungent smelling the tangerine shrimp was fishy. Just disgusting ended up throwing all of it away.

This is the best Americanized Chinese food restaurant in San Diego! The service is great, the food is delicious and the portions are substantial. The atmosphere is a bit dated (like ashtrays over the urinals), but that's part of its charm. I wish they had one near downtown SD.

I’ve loved Chin’s my whole life, but my most recent experience was out of the park. We were cared for by Natalya, whom is easily one of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. We felt extremely welcome, the restaurant was clean and beautiful, and the food amazed us, even after eating at other locations so many times. My friends and I had a fantastic time, cannot wait to come back, thanks to the wonderful staff for a great evening!

A friend of mine spoke highly of this place and we finally decided to make it inFrom being greeted and seated by the AMAZING super friendly GM, Natalia, to the prompt service, wonderful atmosphere, quality ingredients, wonderfully seasoned food everything was just fantastic. The service atmosphere and food were much beyond my expectations! I really regret not coming in two years ago. The dish sizes were sharable and very very reasonable prices. As soon as we were seated we were severed hot tea and water without hesitation. It was such a nice touch! They have enough staff to make sure every table receive wonderful service. I often feed bad for staff at restaurants because they're typically understaffed but not at Chins! We we'll absolutely be back with more friends and definitely will be recommending this place to friends !
this was such an incredible experience! Natalia welcomed us with open arms like we were family, the service was the best ive gotten from a restaurant in a very long time! the food was delicious, we got 2 soups and 3 entrees that fed 4 with enough leftovers to last us a week :) i cant believe its taken us this long to come here we will absolutely be coming back!!

I wanted to commend and just applaud the host. Their ability to shine regardless of the fact their kitchen got swamped with Valentine's day pick up orders and multiple rude pick up customers--- made up for the fact we had to listen to grown men throwing tantrums over their food taking a bit. The food was delicious and the two servers were prompt. There's a little bit lacking as far as communication but that's fine because we're there to eat not chat. The Shangai Pork was absolutely delicious and I will be ordering again.

I was down visiting in Vista, my friend suggested we go here for lunch. This old school Chinese restaurant was like a visit in a time machine. Full menu , interior full of dark woods , it was a nicetrip. The service and food was great, am really glad we stopped by.
