They have been skimping a lot lately!!! Sucks because this is my favorite Chipotle. What gives?

Horrible Customer Service. I tried to order one taco with the tortilla on the side. I was told I had to have tortilla first and the additions added to it. I indicated that I wanted the tortilla on the side so when I got home I could assemble my taco and I didn't want my tortilla soggy or falling apart. I was refused service. I have on several occasion order my taco to go like this without a problem. I left the location and I will take my business somewhere that accommodates loyal customers.

We had a delicious meal from here as part of a fundraiser for Guajome Park Academy Girls' Volleyball. They made it so easy to help support some of our favorite people. I was able to order ahead for all of us, and my son picked up the order with no problem. Having to code for the fundraiser is such a game changer. For those concerned about smaller portions when ordering online, my bowl was full to the brim and so delicious. I got to have two meals from it. Thanks for doing it right, Chipotle!

Before I used to he able to get a regular cheese Quesadilla. Now they are charging for a Quesadilla with Rice & beans , and when I asked I only wanted the Quesadilla, they told me they would still charge me for the beans and rice!

The food today April 29th 2025 was 10/10!! I go to this vista location once a week but today was incredible. Good texture, taste, temperature, and spice was prefect without adding Tabasco.
