Every time I go into this chipotle, the person behind the counter takes a full scoop of protein, and then knocks some of it into the bowl and leave some of it into the spoon. Miss the days when they would actually give you a full scoop of protein. This particular branch is worse than others. The food taste as expected, but the quality of service definitely has a lot of room for improvement.
Got a chicken bowl and the rice was crunchy. Ruined the whole meal. Didn't want to get up and complain because it was lunch hour but just posting so others can be aware to check the rice.
Been to this location a few times. Everyone is so polite and helpful.
Vegetarian options: There is some to choose from you just leave.out the meat.
Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten intolerant so I just don't get a flour Tortilla.
