The food today April 29th 2025 was 10/10!! I go to this vista location once a week but today was incredible. Good texture, taste, temperature, and spice was prefect without adding Tabasco.
The food was good, the usual taste. But when ringing up my meal, they were charging me more for something because it was in two baskets. I'm sure it was a harmless mistake, but it was annoying. And I personally feel like their guacamole uncharged is a rip-off. The company is already making a ton of revenue on each item. It seems like a steep uncharge. Yes, the world is expensive, but when did every business owner become so greedy.
Every time I go into this chipotle, the person behind the counter takes a full scoop of protein, and then knocks some of it into the bowl and leave some of it into the spoon. Miss the days when they would actually give you a full scoop of protein. This particular branch is worse than others. The food taste as expected, but the quality of service definitely has a lot of room for improvement.
