Ciao is our new local favorite Italian go-to. We are fairly new to the area, having moved from Carlsbad where there is no shortage of excellent restaurants, and Ciao is right up there with wonderful food! The atmosphere was nice, casual and comfortable , the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent!
We were also pleasantly surprised to find that they also offer delivery with the two big food delivery services, and the to-go food is almost as good as dining in. Serving sizes are quite large giving you at least two meals per order.
Always drove by here wondering and finally gave it a try. Extremely helpful and friendly staff with delicious food! We enjoyed: - Calamari - Carbonara - Meatballs - Eggplant parmigiana w/ pomodoro - Beef ravioli - Cannoli - Tiramisu
All items were extremely delicious and portion sizes were large. Definitely worth the money!
The little shop with italian items, meats and cheeses, and desserts are a bonus!

This place is always a banger. The service is always on point, the food is always great, and the wine selection is extensive. We bring our young children and they do really well here. My mother in law used to love coming here and ordering a pizza as soon as we sat down, and that would be our appetizer. 10/10 recommend.
The lobster ravioli was very disappointing. The sauce was overly sweet. The red onion over powdered the dish. My drink was never brought out. When I reminded server she said oops I forgot I’ll bring it right now. I said no thank you I wanted it earlier with my dinner. It was my birthday and usually they do a cannoli dessert with a candle, nope not this time. Very disappointed experience we will not be back.
Good service, great all-in-one Italian dining and shop experience. Nice location. Only caveat: that napoletanian pizza is so far away from being napoletanian... It's New York with 2 lb toppings on it, and a little bit of broader fluffy crust outside. Maybe it's just the outer crust ring meant to be napoletanian style :-)

This restaurant has been a family favorite for over a decade, and it's easy to see why. We absolutely love it here. Some of our go-to dishes include the Montanara pasta, the Meat Lovers pizza, and of course, the Chicken Parmigiana. The service is always welcoming and attentive, and the restaurant is consistently clean. It's definitely one of our top choices for dining out.

This was my favorite place ever ,even before the architecture was upgraded .The food has gone downhill.I ordered a chicken parm and got sour cream inside (why?I never asked for sour cream inside chicken parm ,gross),the time before that the sauce tasted straight out of a can with no flavor.Chicken has been slightly undercooked before.THIS WAS MY FAVORITE PLACE,which is why I decided to keep trying .Service has become terrible,hostess and cashiers have been snobby.Ive ordered my food online,arrived at the pick up time only to wait an hour.This happened twice.Sorry ciaos I think it’s time for me to move on .Hopefully you guys work on your stuff before the only thing you have going for you is how nice your building looks .
